Great location. Nice hotel. Good breakfast.
This hotel is in a great location on beachfront close to all amenities.. we chose sea view balcony which was very nice but no sun..by mistake, if you want the sun choose a side sea view. Clean room, housekeeping very good. Reception was friendly and helpful. Maintenance not so. Our shower head was totally useless for the wall attachment and therefore was shooting water over end of bath , as the shower curtain did not extend around the bath..we had many wet floors and wet towels. We complained 3 times and were told maintenance would sort it out...never happened....we had to hold the curtain EACH TIME either of us took a shower....totally unacceptable...would assume the head had been replaced but with incorrect one...it is the fact that they did even attempt to fix it !

The hotel location was fantastic right opposite the beach, food ok, daily house keeping very good, as a lone traveller for this trip the balcony in my room was stuck between 2 buildings therefore not a very nice view and no privacy at all, The morning after I arrived I did request a upgrade to sea view room to be told there would be one available next morning 1 on 2nd floor and 1 on 5th floor when I went to reception next morning I was told it was not possible as I requested to stay in this hotel which confused me as receptionist didn't tell me there were 2 hotels when I inquired first time around and I wasn't asking for free upgrade I was happy to pay the extra. Anyway a tip for anyone staying in this hotel pay extra when booking and book room with sea view. One other thing I noticed staff very attentive with German tourists staying in hotel and was not at all interested with any other nationalities what so ever which is very bad customer service, in my opinion everybody should count having said that I would stay in this hotel again but would definately pay the extra and book a sea view room.

Gorgeous sea view
Great location, 2 steps from the beach, the sea view from the balcony is stunning, nice and clean hotel. Though a bit too much of a German vibe if you're looking for a "Spanish holiday" ;-)

A shame that the view was in front of other buildings. No intimacy if curtains not closed. Then 2 single beds so not very comfortable. Also, cleaning team started at 8 15am which is quite early for holidays - a shame.

On the beach front with pleasant staff
Only stayed here for a couple of nights but there is a nice atmosphere at the hotel, friendly staff and it is close to the beach, bars markets etc so I would stay again.

lovely stay
stayed here 5 nights breakfast was good,beds were comfortable,rooms had lovely views,size wise they were ok,not a lot of room,but adequate,what it lacked in size was compensated,with the views,nice airy bathroom,overall,we were happy with our stay and would have no hesitation,in staying here again.

Awesome view
Right on the sea wall across from the beach. Lots of bars/restaurants right around the corner - and they don't rip anybody off - good value for sure. Nice sized pool if salt water is not your thing.

Great position, shame about the facilities
As the Hotel had only recently reopened for the season we expected everything to be working. However the bath handrail was broken in room 114 and the extractor in the bathroom did not work meaning the mirror steamed up when having a shower. This was reported to reception who said no problem but was not fixed in the 10 days we were there. It got warmer during our stay and because of the heat at night and the mosquitoes we decided to try the air conditioning but despite setting to minimum temperature it just blew warm air around the small room. Being diabetic l require somewhere to store insulin but there was no fridge in the room which i find amazing in this day and age. l was offered a space in the bar fridge. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. At breakfast staff were busy setting up for dinner at 9am while many people were still looking for a table and had to find there own cutlery etc. Staff were slow to replenish Hot food which was never hot, So glad we were only B&B

It's a nice 3* hotel, next to the beach. I would stay here again but I wouldn't go half board anymore. Food wasn't nice at all.

Wonderful Sea Views!
We really enjoyed our oceanfront view. The food and hotel service were very good. Although very busy, the location is very good for a beachfront holiday, or exploring the northern part of the island.

Great location, good bed, bad dinners....
The rooms are clean, the location absolutely great, but the food is iffy. Breakfast is just fine (aside from the ultra-super-sweet Tang-like orange juice) so no problem there. Dinners, however were just plain bad. Mind you, I can eat anything, but not here. The manager should be required to eat their dinner there every night. The other guests there were equally disappointed by the food. The ribs looked like boiled dog, the chicken was rubbery, etc... We resorted to having sliced veggies... anything that they didn't cook. To make matters worse, there is nothing to wash it down, because at dinnertime, any drink costs extra. Again, breakfast is fine, but dinners are iffy... especially "Fish night".

Good hotel
Good hotel right by the sea front. We had a fantastic sea view and the room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was free, but appalling - kept dropping out and not loading simple Web pages. Pool is 50m away but nice and chilled out and never packed.

Hotel was good, in a lovely positionfantatic and would have had a higher score apart from following problems: Room uncomfortably hot as air conditioning not effective Upleasant smell in corridor outside room (5th floor) Despite this we would stop here again (on a lower floor). Only lasted 2 hours
I checked into the hotel around 0100. The front desk clerk did not speak any English at all. I had to basically play charades in order to get basic instructions. Once I arrived to my room, I was EXCITED because of the view from the balcony, but that was short lived. The bathrooms were outdated and not very clean. The beds were almost as hard as cardboard.The room was HOT! The A/C did NOT work. I opened the sliding doors in hopes of getting some cool air from the ocean and it didn't work. The WiFi did not work. When I went down to try and communicate with the clerk, he could not communicate. I told him about the WiFi and he said "No, not your room" and then pointed me to the lobby computer that charged me 1 euro for every 15 minutes. That was about the extent of that conversation. He was as pleasant as he could be despite the language barrier. But, I could not even try to rectify the situation because he could not communicate with me. I lost 3 nights worth of money (additionally since Expedia's phone lines were down and I was unable to call to express my concerns).

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. War wieder wunderschön wie im vergangenen Jahr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet und ein toller Meerblick vom Hotelzimmer aus. In der Nähe hat es das Restaurant El Gaucho, welches wir sehr empfehlen können. Herzliches Personal und eine tolle Auswahl an leckeren Fleischgerichten.

Med Harry Hole och Joona Linna på Mallorca
Hotellet fyllde sin funktion, rent och med trevlig personal. Nära strand och rummet mot havet innebar att jag slapp trafiken. Tillgång till lunch saknades på hotellet, men det fanns alternativ precis intill. Lång strand med härlig sand, och långgrunt.

Super Sommerverlängerung
Wir waren super zufrieden !! Danke für die schönen Urlaubstage (trotzdem uns die Amoma- und die Thomas Cook Pleite getroffen hat) Auch war es am schönen Sandstrand überraschend ruhig, obwohl der unmittelbar an der stark frequentierten Promenade ist.

direkte Strand Anlage hat mir sehr gefallen ,obwohl ich Stadt Seite gebucht hatte habe ich Zimmer zu Meer Seite erhalten ,die Zimmern sauber aber könnte man hier und da ein wenig renovieren ( besonders die Steckdose im Bad war nicht fest )

Buona la posizione in riva al mare e colazione, stanze spaziose e funzionali, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile, ma noioso dover avere intrusioni del personale delle pulizie dalle 9 alle 15 senza possibilità di rifiutare il servizio. La seconda settimana reception troppo affollata da gente che arrivava di continuo per il check-in e peggioramento delle condizioni generali dovute al flusso eccessivo di gente: ascensore che non arrivava mai e poco pulito, acqua delle docce con problemi del miscelatore tra freddo e caldo di sera, rumore dalle altre stanze per via delle pareti un po' sottili. Gli ombrelloni e lettini sulla spiaggia dell'albergo non avrebbero dovuto costare ben 13 euro al giorno.

J'ai réservé à l'hôtel je Can picafort, à on m'a donné une chambre dans l'hôtel Je Horitzo, d'un standing et d'un prix inférieur sans explication ni compensation. L'hotel et la chambre sont vetustes, situé au dessus de bars bruyants, les repas sont de qualite médiocre pour cette gamme de prix, reste l'emplacement face a la plage, c'est son seul atout.

JS Can Picafort - czerwiec 2019
Pozorny zakaz palenia - wybrałem pokój z widokiem na morze, w hotelu "smoke free", gdzie palenie w pokojach jest zabronione, a taras jest wymieniony jako element pokoju. Jednak - nielogicznie - palenie na tarasie okazało się dozwolone. A wiatr praktycznie stale obecny wpychał dym pochodzący z sąsiedniego tarasu do mojego pokoju. Jedzenie słabe - w układzie Half Board trzeba się było wyśilić, żeby znaleźć jadalny zestaw na konkretny dzień. Ani razu nie pojawiły się krewetki czy też truskawki.

Gutes Hotel für entspannte Ferien
Das Hotel liegt gleich am Strand. Trotz gut besuchter Promenade, ist es ein ruhiger und gemütlicher Ort. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der Strand und das Meer wunderschön! Das 3 Stern Hotel bietet den erwarteten Komfort. Alles immer sauber, das Buffet abwechslungsreich und die Angestellten freundlich und stehen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ich bin schon das zweite Mal in einem Hotel der JS Kette und ich empfehle es sehr. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder in solch einem Hotel buchen.

Good hotel at a nice location. Breakfast is below standard but it works. Clean and nice rooms with helpful staff. We had a room with ocean view. Nice but no airconditioning. Can be warm during hot season.

Hotel in guter Lage.
Gleich am Strand, gute Lage. Zimmer sehr einfach und abgewohnt. Mini Fernseher. Bad sehr abgenützt aber sauber. Frühstück ausreichen leider waren die warmen Sachen zb. Spiegeleier immer kalt. Abendessen nicht besonders gut und immer lauwarm bis kalt.

Die Lage unseres Hotels ist einfach wunderbar, da der Strand ganz in der Nähe ist und auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars nicht zu weit weg sind. Outdoor-Aktivitäten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist perfekt und bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack. Es stimmt, das Hotel ist von der Einrichtung nicht mehr das Neuste, aber sauber, gemütlich und zweckmäßig, und wir bieten unseren Gästen ein sehr gutes Preis –Leistungsverhältnis. Wer kein Luxushotel erwartet, kann sehr schöne Tage bei uns verbringen. Ihren Hinweis zu den Speisen haben wir notiert. Manchmal ist es schwierig, Gästen verschiedener Nationalitäten und deren kulinarischen Vorlieben gerecht zu werden, wir werden es jedoch weiterhin versuchen und hart daran arbeiten, damit allen Gästen Genüge getan wird. sehr gute Lage
Schöne Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und vielfältige Speisenauswahl Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr gepflegt, Möglichkeit draußen zu Essen. Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr einfach eingerichtet. Viele Balkons liegen in einem Schacht zwischen 2 Gebäudeteilen und sind extrem klein. Das Waschbecken ist mini, so dass nicht mal eine Zahnbürste dort untergebracht werden kann. Wasserkapazität ca. 1.5 Liter.
