I cannot recommend enough this hotel enough. They had by far the best customer service of any of the hotels we stayed at during our 11-day trip to Europe. When we got there, they told us that they had upgraded our room from an interior room to a beachfront room for free! Then when we told the front desk that we would be leaving very early in the morning and asked what would be the best way to get to the airport, they immediately scheduled a taxi for us and then told us they would leave to-go breakfast bags at the desk for us since we'd be leaving earlier than their breakfast hours. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view and the front desk was incredibly helpful. The beach was right outside our room and there was a gelato shop right next to the hotel. I'd love to go back to Mallorca and I definitely plan to stay at the Saulo Beach Hotel when I do!

Boutique Beach Hotel with excellent location, nice room balconies, awesome sea views and very friendly staff. The hotel is pet friendly and our Shih Tzu loved it as much as we did.

Very friendly staff especially the reception ladies who were always happy to help. Only concern was loud neighbouring rooms at 2 am blasting music.

Little gem of a hotel!
Super little hotel which we discovered about 6 years ago & have been back many times. Staff are just so helpful, cleanliness & service is superb! Less than 5 minutes by taxi from the airport & right on the beach front. Would not stay anywhere else! 👍

beautifully located hotel on beach front with amazing views , staff were very friendly , rooms were basic and you could hear next door , I had a bad cough and must have disturbed my neighbours so sorry .The showers were great very powerful.

I dont know if the fault lies with Expedia or the hotel, but for the record this hotel does NOT have a car park, despite the Expedia page saying "parking included" and "on site parking". You have to park on one of the back streets behind the hotel, if youre lucky enough. Lady on the check in desk was bery friendly, room was fairly standard, but fine for what we paid really. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple of nights though, but it suited our needs (except for the lack of car park).

Amazing location - right on the beach. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful on the reception desk and in the restaurant. Food excellent. Slightly tired bathroom and it could have done with more shelves. also some drawers for storage would be useful in the bedroom.

Okay for a short last minute
The location is great, the view is top. The hotel itself is kinda low budget. Cleaners start to make noise at very early morning, walls are made out of "paper". Bathroom is worn. Breakfast was exactly the same all 5 mornings with very little variety. Stuff is kind and helpful, lobby looks up to date but rooms could use a face lift. Bed was soft and the mattrace must have been used since a long time as it had a hole made by the weight of houndreds of previous guests. All-in-all okay for this trip and price but no next time.

Not what you expect (in a bad way)
The booking was for a twin room, not a TWIN BED. YES you are reading it right, the hotel just gave us a single bed, not a double bed, not a king size bed a single bed!!! I havent been sleeping with someone that close since my years in university lol Friendly staff but I paid for a twin room for two people (I even double checked my reservation). Not worth the money at all

Great Experience
Even though the room was small, it was comfortable to our liking. The price was great with the view of the whole beach. Free breakfast was great and they cleaned the room daily. We also arrived early and were able to get in the room within 2 hours and they safe guard your bags, so you can go to the beach or sight see while waiting for the room. Overall experience was great for the price.

Perfect location and great value for money
Stayed for 17 nights. Perfect location! Beach and sunset views top notch. Everything you need is a walk away. Quiet little spot away from the more rowdy areas further East. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant is excellent- pizzas are very Italian authentic. Restaurants nearby are numerous and great value. Bus to airport is 5 Euro, bus to Palma only 2 Euro. Bottles of nice wine from Supermarkets nearby from 4 Euro. Only negatives are that a room modernization is needed and the manager told us this is planned soon. Other points to note are that Covid mask wearing was unfortunately not 100% followed by guests and staff alike and no-one was enforcing it. Some guests had no mask at all in the breakfast buffet and many staff also only covered their mouth and don't cover their nose. Noise does tend to travel through the hotel at night - inner corridor, aircon units drilled holes in wall and bathroom ventilation holes. Other than those points this hotel is excellent value and we definitely recommend it..

Great little hotel
Staff so helpful and friendly. Had to change rooms as originally given a double rather than a twin beds but done without any hassle and didn’t interrupt our day. Beautiful view from the front of the hotel. Enjoyed happy hour cocktails and although we only ate snacks here the meals did look good. Breakfasts were good but could be a little hotter, (temperature didn’t change whatever time went down) coffee very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again if going back to Majorca.

Great stay
I only stayed one night. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast buffet was amazing as well as the view onto the beach from the breakfast table.

Enjoyable short stsy
Smallish room but clean and pleasant. Good location directly on promenade with sea views and nice beach for swimming. Breakfast ok. 10 mins from airport, perfect for post arrival/pre departure. Several restaurants close by for choice of evening meal. Easy bus ride into Palma. We enjoyed our 2 night stay

Handy for a stopover near the airport.
Handy for a stopover very close to the Airport. Fronts onto the pedestrianised seafront and you need to trust Google Maps to locate it. Appears at first sight to be a restaurant's frontage, Som Saulo is only in small letters at eye level, you have to look up to see it up in big white lights at high level.

Good hotel on a great location however be aware that some of their rooms have a shower and toilet (WC) separate. Our room had them on different corners and we did not like it. The staff are friendly and helpful so all good in the other regards

We had a basic room and it was fairly basic! The shower head was not good but otherwise great stay - simple and clean, good breakfast and pleasant staff. Everything we needed and not expensive.

We returned yesterday from a four night stay. The Hotel is directly opposite a beautiful well kept beach were the sea is clear and warm enough to swim in. The hotel, room and staff are very good and the hitel is very near local cafes, shops and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are buses to Palma found a short walk away behind the hotel. The whole atmosphere is relaxed as the hotel is situated on a promenade where vehicles are restricted.

We found blonde hair on the side of the bath in room 206 .We didn't complain about it though because the good hospitality and food made up for that.The beach was 25ft away from the hotel which was a plus. Good music from the hotel and the staff were friendly. Aircon was nice and cold .I would recommend the hotel to others

Noisy and smelly
The room smelt like my Grandmas house (not a good thing - stale and like a dog has been in there) and the walls are paper thin. I could hear people talking in the rooms two doors down, the TV next door and suitcases being dragged down the corridor and barely slept. The vent in my bathroom led into the vent in the neighbouring bathroom so I could everything in their bathroom - gross and loud! It's a good location and fab breakfast and staff but would never stay here again.

The hotel was lovely, we had a " panoramic " room which had a large balcony. It looked straight at the beach & was great to sit out & watch the wind surfers. The breakfast was adequate, usual offering of fruit / meats/ cereal & a few cooked bits . The downside were the staff. We arrived early & no one was at reception. We waited .... and waited . All the other guests were German & completely ignored us . Eventually a British couple came along & told us there was no point waiting as they had done the same when they arrived & no staff came till 11 am!!! . So we had to leave the case & go for a wander for 2 hours . When we came back at 11 the male ? Receptionist? Was very rude & said " your early " ! . A young girl then came who sorted us out ok . We had a meal there one night & waiting staff then were very indifferent towards us . We definitely felt that if you weren't German then you weren't welcome

excellent located hotel
cant really fault this hotel. yes the bed was squeeky at times, and with two people the two single beds together struggled, but overall i cant fault it, price point was good. location is superb. breakfast was adequate; i didnt even realise was one included, but sitting by the beach eating breakfast was awesome. and sitting on balcony facing the ocean and beach watching people go past was very relaxing.
