Lovely!

Location: We visited during February and the area was quiet. You have to travel to Palma.
It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel provided a bottle of wine and a 'bed of roses' decorated with a love shaped towels. My wife loved it and would not want it taken out throughout our stay. Food was nice with some varieties each day. The staff were nice and polite with 'Hola' all day. Overall it we enjoyed our stay. Would not mind going again.

Nice hotel

Nice hotell in that we visited in the end of the season. Nice rooms and staff. But, we did not like te window between shower and bedroom.

Great hotel, excellent food but has its downsides

Pros: Food and the excellent service. Very clean and modern on the inside. A bit dated on the outside. Excellent cycle storage.
Cons: The noise from the entertainment when held outside until 11pm at night. It was also a crush at evening meal time with difficulty getting a table.
Location: Not on the beach but a short walk to it. We were a cycling group so did not really do anything in resort. Pool looked very good as did the Spa.
We stayed here from 4th to 18th October and got a good half board deal with Expedia. The rooms are modern and stylish and very comfortable in general. There are lots of room options - we chose superior room with sea view. However the first room offered was directly above the outside entertainment and no sleep was possible as it was so noisey til 11pm. Having been up at 1am to catch the flight from Manchester we were none too happy! Next morning we asked to change, and the lovely lady on reception immediately offered us Room 435 which had a lovely sea view. Noise from the entertainment was still a problem but I think it is for ALL the pool/sea view rooms. The hotel management really need to address this as I am sure it does not have to be so loud. Speaking to other guests suggests that rooms facing the street suffer from buses and taxis picking up and dropping of guests through the night so there's your choice - loud music til 11pm or traffic noise through the night! Ear plugs essential! Noise from other guests was not a problem for us but some of our party suffered from noise made by the young Austrian swimming team using the hotel for training. Having got the bad points out of the way, now the good ones. The staff are really friendly and the service excellent. Food was also excellent but with a slight German slant. There are 2 washing machines and a dryer - essential for our cycling kit. There is a fridge in the room so I asked for a kettle and we made our own hot drinks.

Modern Hotel with good facilities

Enjoyed two weeks at this hotel. Staff were excellent and couldn't do more to assist us during our stay. We were given an apartment as our room was not ready due to overbooking. The apartment was equipped well with the basics including a coffee machine (no kettle or filter) and a toaster. We were invited for two special occasion dinners at the hotel (we were half board anyway) and were given complimentary "champagne". We didn't spend too much time at the hotel as we found that the majority of people there were much older and didn't speak English. But when we did we were always able to get good sun beds with a parasol, the pools weren't overloaded with chlorine and appeared clean. This hotel was suitable for couples and the majority of people there during our stay were older, I wouldn't stay therin if I had children as I didn't see it as one of those sorts of hotels Whig was what we were looking for. However there was a children's club. They did theme nights with meals, and entertainment, however we did not tend to hang around at the hotel in the evenings as we like to socialise. The house keeping staff were very lovely and thoughtful especially on my birthday and our housekeeper made me a towel cake which I thought was very sweet as she had clearly seen my birthday cards. I used the spa facilities and had a treatment, the girl who facilitated it was very lovely and I was impressed with the quality and choices for nail colour.

Would stay again

Hotel is very clean, the food is great and it isn't a free for all like most all inclusive hotels. The food is spread out and presented well and always looks appetising. The hotel is at the far end of Can Picafort so if you're looking to go into the town every night this probably isn't the hotel for you. There are many restaurants and shops next to the hotel. The hotel is dominated by Germans and it was rare to find any English, the TVs all have mostly German channels and they never showed any English football at the bar. Overall good hotel, I would come again.

Very nice hotel

There was too much street noise on one side of the hotel, which disturbed our sleep. Otherwise this was a very good hotel. All-inclusive is worth the money.

Excellent, peaceful hotel. would stay again

Stayed here on b+b basis for 4 nights at end of July 2016. Couldn't fault hotel - rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were always happy to help. Hotel has two pools (one kiddy type pool and a larger deeper pool with some of it marked out for lane swimming). Beach is only a 5 minute walk away and there are a number of mini supermarket type shops which are open till 11pm opposite the hotel. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away, with loungers you can rent which also have a little safe so you can leave valuables whilst swimming. The area is quiet at night and feels safe to walk about at any time. Wifi is free in the lobby/pool/dining areas but costs €2 per day, per piece of equipment if you want to use it it the rooms. Guests get free use of the spa, and other services such as massages are very good and reasonably priced (we paid €88 for a couples full body massage which lasted over an hour). Hotel is disabled friendly as there are ramps available either at or in place of all stairs, and there are two lifts going to all floors

Incredibly clean,lots of facilities,close to beach

Pros: The cleanliness. Having the two pools, one big enough to really swim in. The spa and the gym, so much to do.
Cons: Stop people putting towels on the beds and then disappearing for the day, so selfish, hotel tried but is difficult. Evening entertainment is weird!
Location: lovely cycle path and promenade along the sea front, very flat, about 20 mins to busy town, perfect to have choice but plenty in immediate Vicinity.
I had booked the hotel and flight through Expedia, then booked the hotel transfer and a request about the rooms direct to the hotel. Fast response and had done exactly as I had asked. The hotel is immaculate, rooms were cleaned everyday and all areas were cleaned constantly. The staff were helpful and approachable. The selection and quality of the breakfast and evening meals was faultless, with two vegetarians and two fussy children, it was a delight. Glad we hadn't gone all inclusive as it just wasn't necessary, so much in the direct area if you wanted a snack and the hotel was very fairly priced it wouldn't of been an advantage for us. I like to see different places but first time I would say I would definately come here again.
