Beautiful and peaceful settingPosted Aug 30, 2015
The very attentive staff made our stay happy and relaxing for all. The food was delicious at every meal. I especially loved the call button by the sun loungers beside the pool so that one didn't need to move to order a drink. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the views from everywhere of scenic Deya. A very good massage for mother and daughter enhanced the relaxing experience.

Exemplary service. Could not have been better. Stunning setting, beautifully maintained gardens. It deserves its reputation as one of best anywhere.

Fantastisk smukt men skår i glædenPosted Oct 23, 2013 on Hotels

Quiet Beautiful Retreat in Deia MallorcaPosted Oct 16, 2013 on Hotels
If you want to relax, enjoy fine wine and food and take in beautiful, peaceful vistas outside of Palma, I definitely recommend La Residencia. Every direction is a feast for the eyes, with terraced mountainsides, abundant foliage and flowers. The room was comfortable and immaculate. If there were any distraction it would be the diners outside on the patio in the evening for a brief amount of time, if you happen to turn in early for sleep, you might be bothered. Otherwise, this location, staff and hotel is exceptional. We sat out by the pool and felt like we had discovered a little slice of heaven. Will definitely be returning.

Relaxing as ever............Posted Oct 10, 2013
Pros: The location & scenery Short flight / travelling time from UK The cleanliness The team and service
Cons: see comments above about relocation of breakfast
Location: Stunning location ; picturesque Good walks to local small cove/beach and to Soller Shot taxi/bus rides to local villages Quiet
La Residencia remains an oasis of tranquillity surrounded by stunning scenery. The team are as personable as ever ; and in general food quality good although pricey ...not sure the relocation of breakfast from San Fony to El Olivo is a success . On inclement days , queues built to be seated and it seems a shame that the area around San Fony was under utilised . Overall though a lovely relaxing visit and we can't wait to return .

Wonderful secluded hotel in the artsy village of Deya on the island of Majorca. We were totally pampered and enjoyed our stay. If you are planning to go out there a car is a necessity.

I have been fortunate to stay in many wonderful hotels over the years. Never have I submitted a hotel review - until now. I think that says it all. A total lack of pretentiousness. Wonderfully warm, genuine and incredibly efficient staff. Impeccable service. Truly beautiful location.
