This is a fantastic hotel! The staff are friendly, helpful and amazing. One member even gave an hour long impromptu Spanish lesson, gracias Natalie! We had a sea view room with a balcony. It was an incredible view. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is not a sandy beach by the hotel but we drove to several top rated beaches nearby and had a wonderful visit. I highly recommend this hotel!

HOT AF
Hotel old but decent. People seemed to be happy but my stay was miserable and Im not ever a complainer. It's HOT AF 100 F and we had no air in our room, not even a fan. They said it would come on if we left everything shut, we felt like we were going to die. They offered us 6 euro to compensate. WIFI would not work in our room. They have a lovely breakfast. It's about a mile from everything in town. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great, but room for improvement.
Great hotel, but surprisingly mean. They charge 2.5 euros per day for the room safe. Reception never pickup they phone. You always have to walk to reception.

Quiet stay.
Great hotel in great, quiet location. A bit of a walk to local town but lovely beach front path to follow. Service and food was lovely, just a shame things had to close early for be cleaned for Covid safely.

We have stayed at this hotel four tines now and always love it. The position of the hotel is lovely on the seafront, it is about fifteen minutes walk into Cala Ratjada along the seafront on the promenade. The food is always excellent and the staff go the extra mile to be helpful.

Our experience was largely alright except for some nagging issues with Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was so weak that the connection kept dropping. We mentioned this to the person at the desk who checked us in, he said he will have it looked at. We waited until the next day and had to mention it again to the new person at the reception. It was annoying to explain the issue to 3 different people before we finally swapped the room. Apart from that, the spa area needs some updating, some of the rooms (e.g. the salt room) were not working and the jacuzzi was very weak (water speed). As such most of the people staying at the hotel are of the slightly older age group and I suppose they don't mind these things that much. The buffet breakfast and dinner was decent. So definitely a few things to work on. The location of the hotel itself is lovely though.

Lovely hotel, staff and location
Really nice stay, the staff were very friendly though limited in terms of English speakers. Most of the guests were German, not a problem but if you need English speaking staff you may struggle. Food was excellent, really good choices (I'm quite fussy) and lots of love cooking/ themed nights.

We can as a group of girls for a hen do. Arriving very late at night 1am reception were quick and efficient and gave us all the relevant information. During the stay one of our part had an accident and the staff were amazing. I can not say how good all the staff are including sabrina to ensure everything was taken care of. The hotel is really nice and we wish we had stayed longer so we could enjoy all the facilities. I would recommend this hotel as one of the best i the area and i living in mallorca and have tried a few of them.

The best hotel stay ive ever had!!
Sensimar exceeded my expectations completely!! The buffets in the morning and at night were AMAZING -- I have a bunch of food allergies but I didn't even have to ask them to make me anything extra, they had such a diverse spread every single night.. They had themed dinner buffets, like Italian, Spanish, Asian food.. AMAZING!! Every single one of the staff were so kind and helpful throughout my 3 nights spent here, they really pushed my stay here over the top!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! . I've never had such a perfect vacation!! I couldn't bring myself to leave the resort even for a walk along the water bc I felt so much at home and at peace at the resort. The price for full-board was ABSOLUTELY worth it!! The cocktails were delicious (try the Mango Daiquiri) and the spa prices were also quite affordable as well. I will DEFINITELY be back here, if not at another Sensimar resort at another location.. Sensimar hotel group, you now have a lifetime customer!!

Hotel schön etwas älter, jedoch sehr sauber. Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Im Speisesaal ist immer eine unglaublich schlechte Luft, da hier wohl die alten Entlüftungssysteme, vor allem im Küchenbereich, stark an ihre Grenzen stossen.Vor allem nach dem Frühstück riecht man extrem verraucht und nacv Essen. Der SPA Bereich ist ehrlich gesagt nichts... Duschen funktionieren nicht richtig, Sauberkeit bzw. Hygienemassnahmen mangelhaft.

Nice place with very friendly staff at a rocky section of the coast. When you want to go swimming there is a nice outdoor pool. The food selection, both for breakfast and Dinner is outstanding - half board is recommended.
