Bobby is the best receptionist I have ever met
Bobby is the best receptionist I have ever met, seriously, give this man a raise. He is friendly, kind, oozing of good energy, accomodating, goes ABOVE and beyond Let me explain the rating I gave, it has NOTHING to do with Bobby but with the hotel itself Its in a great location, close to everything, however this hotel needs major renovations, mostly the walls are PAPER THIN, the very first night I could not sleep due to noisy neighbours so Bobby gives me an even better room on level 4 and it is DEAD quiet, why? Because of Bobby, he made sure I had no neighbours The second night I had neighbours from both sides and sleeping wasnt as good obviously as the first, however if you plan to stay here, bring earplugs, otherwise you will have zero sleep Bobby was the greatest thing about this stay and I would gladly stay there again just to be served by him, what a legend. Give this man better pay!

The room is extremely small. It is not for human being nor for animal! One can hardly move inside it! The bathroom is smaller!!! Plus, there is no air conditioning or at least a window for air or ventilation!!!

The receptionist very nice and very friendly ... she show us and explain everything I need to Know ..the hotel location is very convince from All The attraction the center city and the restaurant also 7 minutes walking distance to the train station

The bed was a loft that Required climbing a few steps up and down. I do not like loft sleeping. And the mattress made me feel like I was going to roll off. I got very little sleep.

the people of the reception very attentive and always willing to help, very good location and excellent breakfast, however the cleaning leaves to be desired, when I arrived, my apartment was dirty and the blanket also

Good location - close walk from Malmo central station. For the price I paid, the room was adequate. A bit small but still fine for one person. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and made a squeaking noise every time you moved. Overall satisfied given the price and location.

I was easily able to drop off a bag instead of early check-in. Front desk was always polite and courteous. The single room had an elevated bed with steps sort of like a bunk bed without the lower bunk. A small room, but all was quite acceptable for me. Breakfast was good including some hot eggs and sausage. Worth it given higher restaurant pricing in Sweden.

I had the friendliest welcome I have ever had coming to a hotel. I felt like an old friend coming for a stay. Thanks for lifting the spirits of a tired traveller. I booked the smallest room in the property and it was more than adequate for a overnight stop. Comfortable, warm and very clean. The only fly in the soup was someone who probably got lost and tried opening my door at 2am and then appeared to have a long conversation in the corridor.

Good location in Malmo
A short break. Hotel is conveniently located from the central station and even closer for the international coaches that depart from stop K opposite the station. It was a 5 min walk to the hotel. It is within easy walking distance of the centre, shopping streets and castle, museum. It was only 20 mins walk to the opera house. A great base for a short break.

This hotel's location is excellent as it is within a few minutes walk of both the central station and the city center, yet is very quiet. It is clean and cozy with tasty breakfast. That staff is superb; always friendly and very helpful with questions about travel / sights in the area. The only negative part was how hot my small room got with the central heating, but an open window solved that most of the time.
