“The receptionist was very helpful and nice.
The rooms were clean and has the essential necessities like towels and soap and shampoo. Tv's worked properly. The hotel area is safe and had a places to eat nearby.
The only inconvenient is the hotel don't have elevator, and our room was on the 4th floor. Everything else is good for the price.”

“The hotel is very nice however they tend to overcharge for everything you ask for. I asked for a bucket of ice and they charged me 20000 COP which is only about $7 but that’s usually what I give for the tip so it takes away from the overall feel to the glamorous hotel that it is.
On another occasion we ate at USHIN their top rated Japanese restaurant on the 14th floor. We ordered two margaritas Cadillac style and they charged us 448,000 COP which that is ridiculous. Even though I asked for……
