La seniora que limpia hace un muy buen trabajo, y la manager de ingreso, fue estupenda! La habitacion es amplia, comoda, tiene todo lo necesarion para pasar unos dias, hasta cocinar! “Cleaning staff did not clean the room on the Saturday when requested. No variety in the Breakfast buffet offer across a 7 day period and not hot enough. Bits of litter across different parts of the hotel, small bag left for 3 days near lift.”

Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.”
