We checked in late after a delayed flight, with a baby and toddler in tow. Staff made sure it was quick and easy and we were in our room within minutes of arrival. Very friendly and pleasant stay.

We stayed here one night in a Family room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa for an early morning flight out of Malpensa airport. The room was overall comfortable, warm and clean. Things we didn't like in our room were 1) the blanket was very dusty and we didn't use it (it was warm enough without it) and 2) a small fixture in the bathroom was visibly broken but it didn't affect any functionality. For one night though the stay was very good.
We used the shuttle to and from the airport during the scheduled late afternoon/morning times. It was 5 euros/person payable by cash or card at the bus. When picking up from Terminal 1, we called the hotel and they told us to go to arrival gate 10 which is all the way at one end of the long airport. The shuttle was already there waiting. When dropping off at the airport, keep in mind that the shuttle needs prior reservation for a specific time slot at the hotel desk, picks up passengers from the nearby Ibis and stops by Terminal 2 if there are passengers going there before Terminal 1. It took us around 20 minutes from the hotel to Terminal 1. Overall, the shuttle service was efficient and comfortable.
Great location right next to Malpensa airport. Personnel was very helpful with regard our late check-in. Room was much bigger than expected, clean and very comfortable

Very close to the airport and ideal for a stopover, though the pillows were awful and so too the temperature within the rooms. Air conditioning is inefficient, resulting in a terrible night's sleep.

Staff friendly. Restaurant inhotel good.
It was a nice easy start and end to the holiday in a hotel which was well stocked in the breakfast room and gave good options and a pool to relax in. Fairly clean in the bedroom but nothing else to grumble about. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a 1 or 2 night stay max.

Convenient, quiet, straightforward hotel within a short drive of Malpensa Airport. Friendly, helpful staff, pleasant meal and welcome swimming pool.
Only criticism was the bed which had a strangely bobbly mattress and an ill-fitting sheet. But the room itself was spacious, lovely bathroom, and clean.
It’s close to the airport but very far from any attractions.

This property has a pool and is a great place to stay and have plenty to do while waiting for your flight out of Milan. Further the breakfast was very good. The rooms are a bit small like all European hotel rooms, and we had to pay for the transfer to the airport, but all in all a good property.

The cost for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel outside normal hours is actually more than the cost of a taxi (€20). The hotel staff should recommend this option rather than the shuttle.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. The descriptions and ratings don’t paint the true picture.
Hotel is about 15min drive from airport. $25 euro taxi or hotel shuttle at a cost and only terminal 1.
The outside when you arrive looks like a very dated and dingy hotel. Grabbed my own trolley and took my luggage up to the room. Rooms really really need an update, it was so clearly overused. The smell and the carpet I really didn’t want to walk barefoot. Icing on the cake was previous guests takeaway food still in my fridge. I actually double checked the room had actually been cleaned.

Property was ok, our room had stained rugs and the bed was not comfortable. Some of the staff were rude and didn’t want to be bothered with providing you service at the bar. Additionally you have to pay for the shuttle service to and from the airport at a coast of 25 Euros for 2 mile ride. Better off staying in a hotel in the airport.
Hot water not very hot - warm in the bath but cold in the shower. Also, no body wash / shampoo unless you are in the shower - ok if you are an octopus ! Also, limited TV channels and volume appeared fixed - that is to say volume could not be increased or decreased. Other than that - much more right than wrong.
