Spacious apartment with good facilities. Excellent location for exploring the island. Very friendly and helpful staff. I liked that the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels. Beach/Pool towels were also provided via reception which was a great idea especially as we traveled with just hand luggage. The restaurant and room service is a bonus and a cooked breakfast was available daily. Some building work going on next to the apartments but we were out and about during the day. I would still recommend this property to family, friends and others.

Nice big apartment with loads of facilities. A buffet is open for breakfast and evening meals and is well worth the money. Good underground parking if not a little cramped but if you have a small hire car this is ideal as parking can be difficult at high season

Water coming out of the taps was brown. Reported first night. Five days later they hadn't fixed it. Double bed was actually two single beds shoved together so had a massive crack in the middle. Air conditioning was turned off and had to get it sorted on arrival. Doors wouldn't close properly.

Very friendly and well equipped hotel. Everything you need with simple breakfast and dinner for a relaxing stay. Very quiet as well so allowed for great rest with windows open

Extremely friendly, welcoming staff. Nice bright hotel with lovely big suites. Perfect location for walking to Sliema sea front, getting to St. Julian and catching boats for harbour cruises and to Valetta.

Very friendly staff. Excellent quite location. The suite is spacious. Bus stop to Valletta and other sights is within walking distance. The 5 euro breakfast is very reasonable. A good choice if stays in Silema.

We loved room it was kept clean whole week Swimming pool was small pool bar only open when and if should be open the whole time I know they said you could phone but once we did it wasn’t answer it. Cleaning around pool should be done before 8 rather then doing it 8 9 o’clock when people starting there day laying by pool In the evening it all closed at 11 o’clock I thought this was bit early when u on holiday

The hotel is in the heart of Sliema. All the people that work in the hotel are kind and the rooms are big and clean. The only thing that I did not appreciate was the breakfast, which I do not recommend! Otherwise the hotel is well situated, 2' from the bust stop and 2' from the bars and restaurants of the principal road of Sliema.

Excellent location. Suites were huge and adequately equipped. Roof top pool was lovely but too cold for us in April. Breakfast was ok, included in our price but you can can pay at hotel for it 5 euros pp buffet breakfast.

Massive room as well as big living room, fridge And cutlery provided. Value for money breakfast and parking available if you're going to hire a car, which I did. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very close to the promenade which has loads of restaurants and is easy access to bus's, the ferry and any cruise's you book. The only problem I had was the lack of vegetarian or seafood options at dinner

Very good value for the money. We had a suite with kitchen (including full size fridge, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery, etc), living room, bedroom and full bathroom. Kept very clean, with daily service. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Great location, few minutes from bus stop and supermarket.

Big family suite , we had early check in without any extra charge people in reception they are very friendly and helpful great staff easy from airport to hotel get bus X2 Stop in main road by burger king walking to hotel short distance . Close to point mall and other shopping centre restaurant just close road plenty of choices

Highly recommended.. friendly staff
Was what we expected. Location is excellent for sightseeing. Sliema-Valetta ferry, Sightseeing buses and public transport buses just a few hundred yards away. 4 star.. is Maltese 4 star which is lower than international standard. But nice big rooms, extras like full size fridge freezer microwave. Large Safe (no extra charge). Restaurant and bar reasonable prices and genuine happy hour (×2) where drinks are 50% off.. including bottles of wine. Overall we found it great value.

Convenience is the only good
Noisy path facing the room, echoing sounds from pedestrians and cars. Weak mattress leading to neck pain. Slow wifi sometimes even no service.

Lovely hotel, very close to restaurants, shops and the sea. The bar, food and pool were all lovely and clean. Would defiantly recommend to anybody and plan on visiting again.

I was expecting more!
Overall it was not great I wound not go back. The location was amazing, but the hotel was not clean, breakfast was very poor. The fridge was not working and there was a big noise all night long because of all the air cond devices outside.
