Even with my difficult time in finding the hotel (I should have used a gps) Liz at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. My luggage missed the final flight, and to find out that it would be delivered straight to my room the next day was a plus. Everyone there, Liz, Andrea, and especially Asma made me feel like I was a part of the family even though I was traveling alone. They even arranged a taxi to come pick me up at 4 AM to get to the airport on time.
When I come back, and I will, I will stay at Park Lane, for they outdid themselves.
