Best food we have experienced at any hotel worldwide and we have been to a lot. The staff were amazing also. Hotel is in a quiet part of the island but buses are regular and reliable.

Good Hotel with outsanding staff

Overall very good hotel with good price / quality ration. The hotel employees were really outstanding and we got an upgrade to a sea side room. The location of the hotel is great but remote on the Malta Island with ferry to gozo nearby. Overall the room was satisfactory just a small remarks on the pillows which were not good at all and the shower which was leaking.

Fantastic 1st holiday

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The hotel is really situated in the middle of nowhere thats why its so quiet so a few shops would be nice but other than that nothing.
Location: Nearby the hotel has its own private beach, speedboats, jet skis, boats peddalos, further down around a mile you can catch the ferry to Gozo.
Hotel is realy nice best hotel ive stayed in, all the facilities, pools, restaurants bars are really nice and the staff are very welcoming and friendly they all go out there way to make sure have a good holiday. We went all inclusive on the 2nd day and it was the best decision we ever made the food is amazing hats off to the chefs. The bars and seating areas are so nice and relaxing it was just a dream holiday for us will definetley be coming back next year hopefully.

Terrible experience

The hotel was absolutely terrible, building construction work everywhere, not minor but major. The noise was horrendous, they started work between 7am in the morning including the weekend. Every morning we were up early because the noise was very loud. The website did say they had MINOR building work, but the when we got there the hotel looked like a building site. The beach was very small and dirty. We had to travel to a different island to use their beach. I wasn't comfortable using the swimming pool as there were more then 8 men around doing the work. It was a terrible experience, could not even relax on my balcony as building work was everywhere. I came for a relaxing holiday but ended up using facilities else were. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The write-up on our site is very accurate, the last thing we want is to cheat anyone, it would be very counterproductive. As you are aware we have placed a few rooms overlooking the works at a very discounted daily rate. These rooms have been sold having the description stating ‘ Economy Room Deal overlooking construction site’ . I take it that you have booked one of these rooms. We are obviously disappointed to read that your experience did not meet your expectations and we assure you that your experience does not reflect the high standards we strive to provide. Nice hotel in very quite part of Malta

The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff were helpful. The Food was excellent and I would recommend you have a meal package if staying. The Hotel is going under some serious construction and so unfortunately we got woke up by workmen each morning around 7am. But the views of the nearby islands and of the coast were very beautiful. There is not much to do around the hotel and you are limited to one other hotel within walking distance. So I would recommend that if you don't want to sit by the pool each day and you want to have choice of other restaurants and bars then this is not the hotel for you. Just come a little further down south to Mellieha Bay and you have so much more. I would love to come back to the Island, the flight is good, the people are lovely but would look to stay further south.

Good but could be better

Pros: The peace and very friendly staff
Cons: No big issues
Location: Location while is a bit fare from some of the main attractions but perfect location to go to the ferry to Gozo
Arrived at 1:30pm, local time, and was very well received. Room wasn't ready but it was suggested that I could have lunch at The Horizon Restaurant, which was serving traditional Maltese dishes. The food presented was very good and with a lot of variety. Very enjoyable. After lunch went up to my room. It seemed well cleaned, except for the shower curtain, was very dirty, the mirror when exposed to the steam would show dirt( I could clearly read "happy anniversary" on it), and upon opening the bed a long hair was clearly visible. Called reception and immediately they sent someone to change the bed. The curtain was replaced next day but the dirty on the mirror remained until my departure. Although the this little things happened, I must say that the staff is the most nice I have found in a while. From the Recepcionists to the housekeepers, crossing restaurants staff, everybody was very nice, always with a smile on their face even when very busy.. I will definetly reccomend this resort to everyone...

we found the hotel very clean and comfortable.being on just bed and breakfast do recommaend this place also when all the construstion work is done it will be better.very relaxing
