Nice chain hotel

The hotel and room were very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Good place to stay after long flight into PHL and long drive home

Pros: Location and the service most of all
Nicky was very helpful when I had to check in and made me feel comfortable and helped.Good Service and the room cleaning personnel do an awesome job !

Pros: The staff
Cons: Beds were ok but not real comfortable
Location: Not from the area but went to The Office for dinner and the food was good.
ALL the staff there was so incredibly friendly.

Overbooked with no remorse

Overbooked and sent us to a dump half hour away. No apology, no transportation, no nothing.

Nice!

This was a nice hotel. Clean, quiet and everyone was friendly. Best rate in that area for that might. My wife was impressed that they supplied the bathroom with Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. Sometimes it's the little thinges that go a long way!

Courtyard Marriot Stay..

Booked the hotel a month in advanced for a king size bed. We were given 2 queen beds and the shower was dirty including rust marks. Only had two towels for 2 nights. On the second morning we were woken up to loud knocks on the door by a person from the cleaning staff at 9am even though the “do not disturb” sign was hanging outside of the door. She apologized once I opened up the door. Unfortunately we weren’t pleased with the room or service the entire weekend. This hotel definitely needs some improvement.

Define "reservation"

Pros: Comfortable, plenty of pillows. Thermostat regulator was great
The hotel overbooked, then moved me to another Courtyard - terrible communication about not staying at the "revised" hotel for the 2nd night vs going back to the original hotel. I'm sure they could have gotten an email to me regarding the change much earlier than my arrival at 9PM. Didn't even offer a free breakfast or consolation. Then charged me for the 2nd night - not based on the original reservation price NOR my company's negotiated price. Very disappointed Marriott is not customer friendly in my experience and they continue to confirm my assessment.

Short staffed Room had at least three flys No bedding for sofa bed and when finally delivered it was wet.

Pros: location
Cons: breakfast
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. My only complaint was that they did not provide breakfast. The purchased breakfast in their cafe was the worst I have ever eaten.

Most hotels that have free breakfast have precooked eggs, and our menu is made to order. I apologize it did not meet yor expectations.
