“Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. ”

“Generally comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff friendly. EV parking very good. Bathroom cold. Towel rail not working. Asked for it to be sorted but nothing happened. Pool good size but run down.(e.g some changing room showers not working, jacuzzi not working and pool shower cold with blocked drain.)”

“Beautiful room. Lots of space,and soap and body creme too. Shower lovely with shower gel,and shampoo. Breakfast choice was extensive and served at the table. Charming hostess was very attentive, but not overpowering. Would highly recommend it, and hopefully will stay again.”
