Our room was not cleaned, requested clean towels and no one ever came to deliver them. I had to go and look for towels after waiting for more than 3 hrs. After leaving the hotels we noticed that we had bug bites all over. It’s disgusting, we should get a refund. Expedia should take this place off their list of hotels in Mammoth.

I had booked a room with a king bed and air conditioning. (It was a hot summer weekend not winter.). The room I was initially given by the young woman at the front desk was tiny, a full size bed (I confirmed with a tape measure) not a king, and had no AC. I went back to the front desk and someone else was there, who put me in a normal room in the main attached “hotel” building which had a king bed, AC, and was quite nice. I’m giving 3 stars for staff and service because the initial person was horrible but the others were good.

The property is dated but it was quite and away from the centre which helps. The set up of the room is weird ( maybe cos I am European?) : the beds are under the window so u wake up with the first light…. Otherwise the staff was great and the grounds do make u feel like in a mountain lodge

I stayed in one of the Sierra rooms which was notorious for having poor AC. Unfortunately, Outdoor hasn't updated the AC in these rooms which meant that I had a fan running each night to try to keep things cool.

It was a great experience. We enjoyed the Bear grill and liked the friendly hostesses. They had some fun stories on their travel experiences. The only con was the AC didn’t quite cool off the room enough. But overall we enjoyed the stay and will be back soon.

There was a resort fee when this is clearly not a resort. The steam room was not working and the next door sauna is not convenient within property. The pool and hot tub are outside. While the pool looked fine, the hot tub was lukewarm at best. The food was ok. Nothing that stood out for a resort.
