Good location

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Needs some remodeling.
Location: Close to shops and the village.
Friendly staff, I which the had given me a first floor room as we were traveling with a toddler. They need to remodel, but for the price is good.

I'm not sure how Expedia has this place rated 4 out of 5... so many things wrong with this game location. Lower your expectations if you try it.

Pros: The view from our room made it seem like we were really in the Sierras not in the town.
Location: The hotel is downtown in Mammoth Lakes and there is excellent dining within walking distance.
A very warm welcome when we arrived to check in. The room was very spacious and the amenities in the room were excellent.

Nice hotel

Hotel is close to the lakes and amenities. The room was very comfortable and big. My husband and I enjoyed the stay. Definitely will come back

Town centre hotel

Slightly dated but large room. Ok breakfast included. Onsite undercover parking and a small hot tub. Good staff.

Pros: Nice continental breakfast
Cons: Beds/pillows
Beds very uncomfortable moldy smell in bathroom. Had a hard time sleeping even 13 and 10 year old

Nice hotel for whole family

Pros: Big and clean room, location, very quiet , breakfast
Cons: there is no air condition only a fan, but still ok
Location: shops, restaurants, lake , bike rental
Our whole family enjoyed our stay here for 4 days. It is our first time here at Mammoth Lake. This hotel is a good location for everything like grocery, shops, restaurants, lake and going to Mammoth Adventure center. Good free breakfast, excellent customer service and clean room. Really nice to go here for a simple, fun, adventure family vacation at Mammoth Lake either summer or winter time.

Nice hotel with convenient location

Pros: We liked the convenient location, clean, spacious rooms, continental breakfast, and friendly staff.
Cons: Place window screens in the rooms with the portable air conditioner to allow for ventilation.
Location: The bus and shuttle stops were right outside our door. Eateries, shopping and the post office were all within a short walking distance.
The shuttle and bus stops were right outside the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. One of our two rooms had a portable air conditioner. But it was very loud and since that room did not have window screens we could not open the windows or we'd get an onslaught of mosquitoes.

Nice hotel and served my purposes very well.

Pros: Liked the spa and breakfast. Thank you. Would be nice to have it until 10:00, however.
Cons: Can do without air conditioning, but needed another fan or better placement. (Mostly my fault, but a small reminder on the desk might be nice.
Location: Not important to me. However, enjoyed dinner across the street, thanks to your front desk man telling me about it.
Nice place, nice people. Thanks Glad i could get a parking place on the same floor as my room. Made it a lot better for me.

Room 221 towards the back of the Hotel.

The room was nice and quite other than the doors slamming everytime a neighboring guest opens their door. Not their fault but most likely due to the heavy duty door closer.
