Enjoy the rustic mountain decor in this chic village location! This 2-bed/2-bath condo is in the Lincoln House section of The Village condos and is one floor from the top level providing exquisite scenery from a bird's-eye view. The picnic-style dining table and bar stools provide ample seating for additional dinner guests. An L-shaped plush couch and flat-screen TV entices the group to corral in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and gadgets to prepare a delicious meal. And, don't worry if you forgot an item or two, just head to the lower level of The Village Shops and pick up that extra special bottle of wine or necessary morning coffee.

In addition to the local shop conveniences, staying in this unit also provides an unassigned underground parking spot, as well as pool, hot tub, and game room access. If your day outdoors didn't lead you immediately to the sauna, you can workout the extra energy in the fitness room. Throwing distance to the gondola, this is a great space for all ages!

The unit was perfect for our family. Very clean, perfect size, quiet, great view and excellent customer service with room readiness and early check in. My only misunderstanding was there was not a washer dryer in unit but there was one within the building. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Came here for yearly girls trip with my daughters, 11 & 13. Location was great, instructions were clear and specific, communication was responsive. The only hiccup was the disappointment of a fully drained pool the second morning for annual maintenance. Was remedied by allowing us access to neighborhood pool and spa across the street. Thankful for that as one of the main reasons I booked this property was for the pool/spa. Other than that we will most definitely be back!

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and convenient. We will definitely be booking again! My only complaint- The Village stayed lit up all night. Even when the blinds are closed the bedrooms are filled with light. I suggest an eye mask for sleeping!

The location was amazing. Gondola right out the door and the village also right out your door had everything you needed. Outdoor pool and hot tubs always had fun apres ski energy. Condo had everything you and was very comfortable for our family.

Lovely Lincoln House
The condo is perfect for 2 couples. Location can’t be beat. Furniture is comfortable, bed are comfortable, and has all the amenities you’ll need. My family and I would stay here again for sure ! Tip for future renters: 1) Upon arrival check refrigerator temp. Last person in condo turned it up so high that our food froze- yikes !

Amazing Property!
This is our new place to stay! The condo is perfect — clean, stocked and beyond convenient. The locker, parking and location were super convenient. You have a great view of the pools and plaza, and village gondola is just a few steps away. The management company is also very responsive and easy to work with. Lovely amenities — clean and modern. We travel a lot and this was one of our best stays ever. We’ll be booking again for next season!

Our family had a great time in Mammoth. The unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies and games. It was super convenient to restaurants, festivities in the village, the Free trolleys, and the pool. There is also laundry on the ground floor.

The location is amazing as this condo is right in town. One thing that was frustrating was that they don't tell you that you will need to pay for parking $55/day for any additional car you have and the lot is across from the village - only one parking pass per condo. We were also missing salt, pepper, tongs, basic utensils you may need to use when cooking. Under the couch was pretty dirty when we pulled out the couch bed. Other than that very comfortable stay!

Nice unit located right smack in the village. Would recommend staying there. Only issue we had was the listing mentioned a 500 unit number but we actually stayed in a unit 32%& and it was super confusing checking in. Three college graduates couldn't figure it out. No communication ever mentioned a 32$% number. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

The location of this property is great. However, we were without hot water and internet for the first three days. The rental company responded to our repeated calls but didn’t seem very concerned about either. Due to poor cell coverage, my partner was unable to work two of the four work days. In order to bathe, we boiled water and added to the bathtub six times each day. It was extremely uncomfortable and I expected more. This property was NOT as advertised and we won’t be staying there again.
