Condo had everything that we needed, the only thing that I would change was to get hand soap for the kitchen sink. They left a new sponge, dish soap, hand towel, coffee, and a good selection of cooking utensils and pans/dishes. There is also a dishwasher! There was also toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The fold out coach mattress looked really new amd comfortable. The bedroom had great bedding and the condo was warm (I even had to turn the A/C on a couple of times, which is a rarity at a winter resort!). The fireplace was fantastic, it's on a timer, you just press a button and let it go for 30,60,or 120mins. The balcony has a nice view of a mountain peak (from one seat), with nice chairs and a breakfast table. My son could even see the pool/hot tub from the balcony so that we could go down and relax together and he could watch TV and call to us if needed. Nice, big, windows for natural light. The best part was that the Westin has a good dog area/path around the property with provided dog poop bags & trash cans. This condo was right next to the elevator, and you take it to the "LL" floor (the parking lot), which also has a hallway that leads out to the back entrance and the dog area. You don't even have to bother going through the lobby with your dog or to go to the village. We brought out two dogs (Greyhounds) and everything was very large dog friendly. There was enough space to fit their two beds on the floor comfortably and they enjoyed lounging in front of the fireplace or in front of the balcony door. Even though the parking lot says 7' clearance (which I panicked at when first arriving), our Subaru Ascent with space saver and snowboard rack on top fit fine in the first two parking floors. Walking distance to restaurants and Mammoth Brewery. Our favorite was the Shelter distillery in the Village for drinks and food. They left a great guide to their favorite spots (we did a couple, thanks for the tips!), but would definitely include this place. Other families on our snowboard team trip, that stayed at Mammoth Mountain Inn, didn't have such a nice pool and hot tub area like we did. We were also were closer to other food options, even though the Village Gondola was closed when we went. Would definitely stay there again!! I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Mammoth.
