Great spot would stay again
We had a great stay at the Swiss-belle in Manado, the customer service staff were exemplary. The room was a good size with an amazing view over the city. The hotel was in a great location and was a super easy Grab pickup/ drop off point (very important consideration in Manado!). There was an indomaret and a gelael grocery shop just across the street for supplies, an atm out the front, and we found 2 amazing restaurants for dinner within 5 min of the hotel. Only feedback is that it would be great if there were water refill stations available for guests in addition to/ instead of the complimentary 2 plastic bottles a day.

The hotel is good.. room is big and location is at the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early afternoon before 12, but the staf has help us to get our room and even upgrade our room. We got yellow rice the manado traditional cuisine for our lunch. Its one of the signature dish very close to the hotel. The old china town its only a blick away. Right beside the hotel there is one of the best grilled gold fish in town. Manado besides its beautiful nature.. ita culiner or traditional food is one of the bwst in indonesia. We enjoy our stay for 5 days there. The only setback is the response to the service, sometime required more time.

Good Things -price -staff helpful -breakfast buffet is much nicer than continental breakfast -internet speed was good enough to video chat Bad Things -internet router in room didn't work (had to try various other rooms every time) -pool does not look like picture (looks much older) -crumbling/unfinished tiling in bathroom

Air conditioning could be better. The bathrooms need mirrors whic have enough light to put make up on. I suggest a round make up mirror with lights. We were upgraded to a nice two room room. Carpets on corridor floors could be cleaner. Please have non smoking sections.

Rooms were a good size. Spacious. Staff could be more proactive and approachable, could be that they are not so fluent in English. Convenience store opposite the hotel and KFC. Twenty minute walk to town centre.

The internet was very fast. Although it is a bit far (Indonesian style of walking) to the city center, there are some culinary places worth to try near the hotel. Bedroom was clean and service was great.

A very nice hotel at a nice convenient location
I checked into Swiss Bel after my 5 days diving at Bangka Island. The hotel was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The hotel is also in a convenient location - it is about 15 - 20 minutes to the nearby shopping mall area. Worth mentioning was that, i tried the chocolate scrub - after 5 days of spartan living at Bangka Diving centre : it was most relaxing and a unique experience for me

A great place for transit
A comfortable hotel close enough to the airport for a very comfortable transit. The food was good and front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. It might be quite centrally located but due to recent floods in the neighborhood, one is unable to determine why this hotel would be considered close in since we really didn't go out into the muddy streets.

Transfer Flughafen ok 30 Minuten nur 2 Uhrzeiten sind gratis Pickup. Check in dauerte lange. Leider kein heißes Wasser. Habe es reklamiert aber das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Happy Hour ist nicht empfehlenswert das Bier aus der Dose zu teuer. Abendessen nicht gut. Beim Frühstück wurde erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

Centraal gelegen hotel voor eten en winkelen.
We verbleven hier 3 dagen, hotel is ons goed bevallen.Mooie kamers, comfortabele beden en een uitstekend restaurant, voor ontbijt, lunchen diner.De lounge vinden wij erg groot en zakelijk overkomen,en beetje sfeerloos. De rookruimte bij de lounge daar was soms lang geen medewerker(s) aanwezig als je bij de bar wat wilde bestellen.

Mooi hotel, we hadden een mooie grote kamer voor een uitstekende prijs. Enige nadeel: als je aan de late kant gaat ontbijten kan het zijn dat het buffet leeg is en er geen afgeruimde tafels aanwezig zijn. Ga je op tijd ontbijten dat is er van dit probleem geen sprake.

Arroganta personal och dålig service
Vi fick vänta på rummet länge efter incheknings tid. Personalen bakom reception desk var arroganta och visade inget intresse att hjälpa till. När vi till slut fick rummet o hoppade in i dushen upptäckte vi att det fanns inga handukar. Vi ringde och bad om de, väntade nästan en halv timme innan vi ringde igen. De kom tillslut med de efter en extra 10 minuter....

Hotel cukup bagus dekat dengan pusat kota..
Selama ini saya sudah cukup terkesan kalau menginap di Hotel Swissbel.... dimanapun kota yang saya kunjungi selalu yang pertama saya cari adalah SwissBel Hotel....apabila di kota tersebut tidak ada keberadaan Swissbel Hpotel baru saya cari alternative hotel yang lainnya. Hal yang sangat berkesan adalah keramatamahan, kenyamanan, kebersihan dan keamanan hotel.

voor 1 nacht was de AC erg slecht regelbaar. Het was dan ook een koude nacht, waardoor wij door het temperatuursverschil flink verkouden werden.

Petugas reservasi kurang tanggap dan tidak berusaha mencari tau pesanan yg masuk. Tanpa meneliti lebih seksama mereka mengatakan 'tidak ada pesanan atas nama itu' padahal saya sudah mengatakan saya booking melalui hotel.com dan sudah dapat Sms juga no konfirmasi, akhirnya sy mencari2 hotel lain. Dan esoknya baru sy cek keseluruhan ternyata card sy sudah terdebet, sy telp berkali2 pihak swiss belt hotel, dan setelah berkali2 dengan alasan harus cek dulu apa betul uang sy sudah masuk, baru mereka janji akan mengembalikan uang tersebut. Pengalaman yg cukup membuat Suasana jadi tidak menyenangkan dan mengecewakan
