I liked the location of the hotel, the staff very polite. The only thing is that the AC was too noisy. But besides that everything was perfect and very good price for a nice hotel.

Luxury with a bathtub!
We were looking for some quality time together to relax and unwind. We have lived in Leon, Nicaragua for 9 years and i was thrilled that we had warm water and more importantly, A BATHTUB!!! We will certainly recommend this high class hotel!

I had suitcases opened and my credit cards were take and put back in my wallet so clumsy and in a way I never do that I noticed right away The cleanse or somebody that had access to my room. I notified at the front desk but not a single manager talked to me, not an apology. I had to blocked my cards. I will hold Barcelona Managua responsable if my card has been used/or being use.

Air conditioning was off in all the hotel. The rooms air conditioning is on saving mode, slept without blankets very hot. Situation is bad and very little people so they don’t turn the air conditioning on. I got a very good price but no air is bad

Reserved a smoking room and when I got there they had me in a non smoking room tried to charge me an extra $35 a night to change it. Then the next morning it was an even swap like it should have been before. Room service had some issues when you ordered something and they were out of the expreso machine was broke they would take your order and never tell you anything until you call them back. I will never stay there again that is for sure

Mattress was very uncomfortable.
Considering they apparently are doing Reno's soon no use getting into the issues. I did stay for 2 weeks this time, I am a regular there as I have spent over 30 days at this hotel in the last year. They did have me move a floor up due to Reno's to start, which was no problem, but they offered zero help to move. I had airport transfer included in my deal. I was transferring to another hotel though, a lot closer than the airport. I asked if they would still transfer me to the other hotel, was told yes and then a few minutes later was told no. Funny thing is their two vans rarely move from the hotel and their drivers are just idle. Customer service wise it made zero sense.

Awful experience. All the staff aren’t cool and kindness. You have to pay for everything and the pool is open to all people, even when they aren’t hotel’s guests. Don’t go to that hotel. Is better INTERCONTINENTAL hotel and closer to more attractive places.

Outstanding hotel in a great location
The service was outstanding. Staff is friendly and very responsive to your needs. Room was impeccable and well supplied. Kyoto restaurant was excellent. Location is perfect, very close to the best mall in the city (Galerias Santo Domingo). I highly recommend this Hotel.

Okay hotel
The hotel is wonderful I been here 3 times but last time I went I reserved a king bed instead they gave 2 full beds. And they just said they were at a full capacity and that they did not have any more king beds available.
