Use to be a good hotel, now lack the details.

They never understood that we were 3 in the room, no enough water, coffee nor TOWELS! Draining of the tub was bad as also the toilet, we had to call. The floor towel was available only the first day, then disappeared. Staff in general was very nice an responsive but you don't have to call for what is supposed to be there. Also towels and bedsheets were very old and deteriorated, I have pictures! The hotel appears as without any maintenance nor supervision since my last visit one year ago.
