A lot of things have deteriorated

Not worth the money you pay. The towels were old and yellowish, the hotel was overcroweded, waited over 3 hrs just to get my room, i was offered internet access when i booked and instead was offered a $12 a day fee if i wanted it, which was very deceiving. The food was good, the staff courteous even though they have many restrictions to follow that do not allow them to help guests like me. Nany of times when i requested something my answer was "esta prohibido/it is not allowed for me to do for you"
Dont think i will come back, especially if i pay a 4 star hotel and only get a 2 star experience. Things have definately deteriorated since my last stay
