The room I was giving was right next to the kitchen and right next to the patio were they serve breakfast/lunch/dinner. I complained how I could hear the kitchen noise since 4 AM when they prepare breakfast and they told me that because I have book through Expedia they couldn't give me another room since they were luxury and not standard like I have booked. In other words if you want silence book a luxury room other wise you are stuck with rooms that are adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast/lunch/dinner area and won't be able to rest at all.

First of all, thank you for booking at Hotel Los Robles.
As we explained to you, the reservation that you made was the basic room only rate. By the time you made the complain, we offer you an upgrade for a better room for an additional 15$.
In this case, you were going to be given a bigger and brighter room, with a better location, with the breakfast included, with a hot tub and a private terrace. Unfortunately, we did not agree.
Overall, we are glad to know that you were happy with the service and our staff.
