Phone always sound busy Not reliable Hmmm Ac and Wi-Fi shutdown 1 hour before check out in my room!! Not cool Other than that all ok
We enjoyed our stay as who would not being right on the beach. The majority of the staff do not speak English which made it very difficult to obtain information. Our room keys would not work when we came back from the beach. It turns out they are purposely shut off on Fridays to have you come to ...
Ónice at the front desk went beyond excellent - she was superb: helping with transportation, recommendations to restaurants, a spa, and a gym. She helped me print my tickets, and was just a pleasure! The hotel was beautiful - colonial & traditional architecture and a very central location make this ...

There is political unrest in the country that prevent full enjoyment at this time. Crowne Plaza facilities were excellent especially if travel is for business purposes.
Could not say enough good about this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The food was excellent, especially eating lunch or dinner in the bistro. Will definitely stay here again next trip!
Huge property with 9 holes of golf, very remote, right on the Pacific, mile from anything nothing included, even the water need to be purchased from restaurant. Priced as 5 stars but not quite.

I can only really complain about the two major and really only issues that repeated day after day. Every time I wanted to bathe, day or nite, I had to call for water and then for hot water. Second, they turn off the hall lights in the back of the hotel where my room was which I advised the owner ...
