I stayed here many years ago. I don’t remember it being as nice as it is now. It appears to be refurbished and a lot has been improved.

I figured since I was a single woman alone they might have put me in a room in the main building. There was a fish smell outside in the courtyard area. The person in the room next to me was loud and obnoxious both nights I was there.

Plumbing on the toilet was horrible. Shower draining was also bad. Water up to ankles while showering. Very cold in the room too!

Booked this property specifically because it stated had on site electric car charging. When we went to check in there was no car charging. The room was roasting hot and the hvac was set at 84. I tried turning it down, but it still blew hot air. I turned it off, but it turned back on during the night. We arrived around midnight so did not want the hassle of trying to change to another room. The bottom edge of the bathroom door was chipped away leaving a 1.5-2 inch gap. The flush handle on the toilet was wonky and it was a challenge to get it to flush. Not impressed and without car charging it further impacted our travel the next day

Got there to check in and the building was closed due to unsafe conditions. Had a sign plastered to the door and it was locked up tight. No one bothered to call or email about it either. Booked my room 2-3 months in advance. Had to go to another hotel right behind this one.

Hotel was not fit to stay in but we received no notice from Expedia. Customer service was not good and we were on the phone in an unsafe area for over an hour trying to fix this issue.

Reservation was cancelled w/o any notification. Only reason that I found out was because a week before check-in I called to add a name to the reservation and they let me know that the reservation had been canceled. They said that letters were mailed that morning, although I never received one even after check in day. Apparently it had to do with construction and a city inspection. The lack of communication was horrendous.

I liked that my room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I didn't like that the power switches for the two nightstand lamps were broken. One lamp couldn't be turned on, and the other one couldn't be turned off after I initially turned the lamp on. I also was concerned that there was a notice on a column leading to the second level of the property near my room regarding a building/structural issue.

Was very old. Say there’s a pool and it’s so bad it won’t be ready for swimming this season. Had no water when we arrived. 2 hrs later back on. Niece had another rm and they had to hot water, changed rooms and still no hot water. You get what you pay for. Was cheap !

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! Do not stay at this property! It is so run down and looks like it’s falling apart. The second floor is all taped off (probably because the rooms are so awful, they can’t even be used), the pool has no water and looks like it has not been repaired in many years. We had no hot water in our room, they changed our room and that room had no hot water! Do not stay at this hotel!

Looks nice from the outside and has a beautiful courtyard with picnic tables. We were shocked to find that the entire second floor was cordoned off and posted with condemned signs due to unsafe conditions. The room itself was unswept and the sheets looked like they had been slept in. There was only one hand towel, two washcloths, and three bath towels...we paid for three guests. When I put water in the coffee pot it literally ran out of the bottom. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice but faulty plumbing
The room was nice and clean but when my boyfriend took a shower the tub leaked and water was everywhere! We had to use all the towels to clean up and we ended up cutting our staycay short and going home early the next day so we could properly shower. The toilet is also very loud and when you flush you have to wait 5 minutes for the noise to die down. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from the family next door as I am sure they heard us.

Okay for the price
Was a convenient economical place for an overnight. The outdoor pool was covered, the entire exterior place could use a coat of paint. On our outdoor entry one of the security entry box scanner was missing, just exposed wires. The breakfast was pretty standard, but good, although they may want to upgrade tablecoths in the dining area.

Hello, the property was in horrible condition, broken and damaged. At 7:30 am in the morning, breakfast was finished. When I requested the manager on duty to refill the food, his reply was very unprofessional. He mentioned that there is no food in the kitchen and cannot do anything about it. There was no milk for tea or coffee. I have never seen any hotel in my entire life who does not provide even tea or coffee. We toasted our own bread and ate without butter or any spread. Will never go again for stay

Walls are very thin, can hear other patrons when you’re trying to sleep at night. There was a lot of construction going on with the property which did not seem to be maintained with care for the patrons using the property
