Wonderful hotel close to everything.

Pros: Comfortable, split bathroom design, nice pool area, great breakfast.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Manasses Battlefield and several antiques stores.
Close to the Manassas Battlefield and also to many restaurants and shopping. Easy on / off to 1-66.

Clean,decent room and serves good breakfast meal. A family with toddler spent over a night,we were comfortable and happy with the service.

We went to a concert the hotel was near by check in clerk was good Room was nice check out was good we didn’t eat the breakfast at hotel

Great hotel! Close to jiffy lube live!

Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! We went to a concert at Jiffy Lube and this hotel is super close! For our future concerts we will definitely be staying here again!

Stay away

There was fresh water damage throughout the room, I was afraid the people above me were going to fall through. I opened a washcloth in the shower and a dead bug fell out. There were hairs everywhere as soon as we got there. Disgusting.

Motel close to Concert Venue

Short Lyft or Uber ride to Jiffy Lube. Breakfast was great & complimentary. Motel was older but had been updated.

HOTEL SCAM PHONE JOB

I received a call at my hotel phone that they hotel had lost my credit card information due to a data loss on a computer and that if I did not give them the credit card information I would be charged twice for the room. THERE WAS NO COMPUTER ISSUE. SOMEONE IN THE HOTEL KNEW I HAD CHECKED IN AND KNEW TO CALL MY ROOM. WHEN I WENT TO TELL THE FRONT DESK, THEY ACTED A BIT TOO SHOCKED. IT WAS AN INSIDE JOB. I AM A TEACHER. I CAN SMELL A LIE. JUST WATCH OUT IF YOU STAY HERE.

Thank you for your due diligence and following your instinct to not reveal any personal information to that erroneous caller. We would never contact our guests asking for any personal information over the phone. You did the right thing by reporting it immediately to us. This growing phone scam that targets many hotel brands and we have received reports of this happening nationwide. We again truly apologize for any alarm this caused you and misconceptions it gave you about the security of our hotel .

The room was non-smoking but reeked of tobacco, and the smell got worse as we slept. The shower was a walk-in and water ran out on to the bathroom floor. The drink machine didn't work.

We would have been happy to change rooms for you had we known there was an issue and found a more suitable one for you. It appears you were given an mobile accessible room as that is the only room with an walk in shower. As a non smoking and newly renovated hotel we are both disappointed and sorry to hear a previous guest may have smoked in the room leaving it not a fresh as all rooms are. Thank you again, we hope you consider a future stay so we can exceed your expectations.
