Great choice!

Friendly staff. Room was VERY clean and spacious. Very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Reasonable price. Great location - plenty of restaurants nearby. About 25 miles from downtown Washington DC. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was great! I do recommend leaving the latch on the door in the morning the maid didn't knock and almost walked in on an unclothed me after getting out of the shower

Adequate Stay

Pros: Location.
Cons: Reserved for queen standard room, however on arrival room was unprepared for occupancy by housekeeping. As alternative office staff provided king room
Location: Plenty of various shopping centers and dining. In town for business very diverse bilingual community.
Hotel in good location surrounded by variety of retail businesses. Very minimal vehicle traffic at night which provides for quiet sleeping. Quick check-in and check-out although booked through Expedia Travel.

Staff was very rude, room service barged into my room without knocking, description of the rooms is misleading location is not good and the hotel overall just looks run down. Would not recommend to anyone

Depressing building. Depressing interior, poor breakfast, staff is not really interested. No coffeemachine on the room.

Best Western Reveiw

The staff was very polite and curteous. The room was nice and clean . The only problem was ,is their Gym .it was really old equipment. Looked like something out of a 1980 Vh1 video. " you worked harder,just trying to work out, on the machine." Which is rediculous. I've been to other best westrens, and they were really nice hotels, and had nice modren ,well kept equipment. My suggestion is to invest in a more modrern Gym equipment, that will encourage, most customers to stay one more night,or return, at a later date. Personal, if the Gym was better, I would have stayed two more days, Over all my experence was good .

Pros: I enjoyed the stay the morning person on the desk would not nor did he slip a checkout receipt for my stay under my door. I did not get a receipt .
Cons: putting a ckeck out receipt under the door for easy checkout and give customer a receipt upon request
Location: very good location and lots of places around the hotel
I had a good experience until the morning person would not give me a receipt for my stay.
