Pros: location
Cons: put in an elevator to get to the second floor
two story hotel with no elevator and it was an inside type hotel...

Funeral Trip

Pros: Location
Cons: Housekeeping should check rooms daily.
Location: In town for funeral - did not do too much other stuff.
Family in D.C. recommended Best Western in Manassas. Checked in mid-evening. Room location was wonderful. All amenities included (microwave, refrigerator). Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Housekeeping forgot us on third day so we had dirty towels and an abundance of trash. Toilet struggled to flush properly.

Disappointed

Didn't get our room until 7:00 pm. We paid for 4 people but had to ask for 4 towels first 2 nights. Was told that is Best Western policy 3 towels no mater how many people in room. .

It was a very pleasant stay and very nice for the price. You can tell they take pride in running the hotel even though it is a little older. If I am in need of a place to stay in that area, I will be back.

Scratch Best Western off my list of places to stay. I don't recommend this location in Manassas Virginia room with Jacuzzi to anyone.
