Wonderful hotel!

Pros: Pretty much everything!
Location: We toured the battlefield.
The staff was great - Diane at the front desk was so helpful in helping us get to the battlefield and with other info about the area. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the food was wonderful! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very nice stay and we will definitely stay there again if we are on the area. Thank you!!

Pros: Location, easy to find, CLEANLINESS, quiet, Keurig in the room, nice pool and spa, CLEAN, did I say clean? It meets germophobe approval!
Cons: No improvements needed
Location: Very close to Jiffy Lube Live, lots of food and shopping nearby, along with historic sites and beautiful location
Best hotel experience I've ever had. I'm a bit of a germophobe, and I was perfectly comfortable with the cleanliness of this hotel! It was CLEAN and well maintained! The staff was super-friendly and helpful. Multiple staff members, from the desk staff to the concierge to the cleaning staff interacted with my 3 year old son of their own accord. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Perfect place to stay if you are seeing a concert at Jiffy Lube Live, as this hotel is only 10 minutes away, tops and an easy drive too. We'll definitely stay here again! Can't say enough good things about it! We wish we'd planned to stay longer!

The hotel was okay. I only stayed for one night, the staff was friendly, the room was clean but the furniture was dated. If you're passing through this hotel will suffice, would not stay for an extended period of time.

Front desk was helpful and very sweet. Our TV initially would not work correctly and it took almost 2 hours for them to send someone up to fix it. Dinner was delicious and the bartender/our waitress was great. Breakfast....not so much. Our waiter had to be asked several times for the same item. One of which was creamer and he never did bring us any for our coffee. I pad $178 for the room and then was charged an additional $35 for a roll away bed, that I was unaware of. It served it purpose but we definitely will not be staying there again if we come to the area.
