Where not to stay next visit to Manassas!

Pros: Evening clerk at the front desk was very pleasant. He apologized that our room had not been touched that day. He provided us with clean towels.
Cons: Chair had holes in the fabric of both arms. Requested add'tl hangars.....as some of ours were not usable. Extra luggage rack needed. N/A response
Location: High traffic area but our destinations were fairly convenient. We could not get any closer accommodations when we booked. Several rooms were needed.
Our stay was from 9/15 to 9/20/16. The room was ready for us upon arrival the first day. We continually had to ask for towels each day of our stay after check in. On 9/19 housekeeping knocked on our door. She asked if we were staying another day and we told her that we would be checking out the next morning. Our room was not cleaned that day and later we had to go to the office to get fresh towels. In addition we inquired twice as to why we could not get one channel #35 on their channel listing. They said they would have Directv come and set it up! That was the only channel that was not programmed but on their list of channels! FOX NEWS was the channel.

Close to Jiffy Lube Pavillion

Pros: Great pillows.
Clean, but very small rooms but updated. Nice breakfast. Quiet.

For the price of this room, it was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. We should have found another motel. Furniture was stained and torn, found hair still tangled in with the "clean" wash clothes. Everything about this place was disgusting.

Pros: It was clean
Cons: More choices for breakfast
Location: We were in town for a funeral so we did not do any sightseeing,
The room was very clean, but very small as well. It was tight for three adults. Check out was less than ideal. We were charged for the room prior to our check out and when we want to pay with an alternative method it was a hassle. My credit card was charged twice and only one credit was given on top of paying for the room with another credit card. The breakfast was good, wish there had been more choices though. Overall it was not a bad experience.

All rooms are charged at check in, you can switch to another card at that time or if you change cards at check out we can refund one card and bill the other. This does take time for the refund to come back on the first card. We do hope you will come again.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it was very close to Jiffy Lube Live. It was a fifteen minute drive from the hotel to the venue. Overall, I wasn't very impressed with this hotel. It's great for the proximity to Jiffy Lube Live and the price wasn't bad, but I probably wouldn't book this hotel again. Also, I definitely wouldn't stay for longer than one night here, if possible.

It was for family visiting. Good overall. They did not like the outside entrance. Great for last minute.

Upon entering the room for the first time it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not good for a non- smoking room. Room had no towels in the bathroom, had to stop in the office and ask. Active drug deals going on in the parking lot Saturday night. Not safe for a single woman by herself. I cannot recommend this place.
