Nothing wrong with the hotel . My room was good and clean . Lobby very nice . Staff very nice too. Just I couldn't sleep for noises. But overall was nice stay .

This is an older property that shows its age. It was clean and decent for an overnight stay but I would not stay for a longer visit. The staff was very nice and it had a very good breakfast.

The hotel ws very clean, and check-in process was swift and easy. My only suggesstion is that they get a plug-in fragrance for the lobby, I wasn't fond of the scent. The rooms were nice, the price was affordable and I had an amazing time. I would defeinitely recommend this hotel. 9.5/10.

The property is inviting . Twice now with reservations, they keep messing up on the Expedia software Expedia is excellent in resolving this however, our information was all correct and the staff doesn’t know how to use the computer. not good customer service skills when you are accusatory of the customer making a mistake and everything was all paid for in advance. Super close to the highway, but convenient. Bar was nice, got to enjoy a drink at night with a really nice bartender who is also the assistant manager. Nice conversation. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy.

The beds were super comfy and the location is by almost everything!I would definitely stay again.The cleanliness of this property was a 7/10. There were stains on the bathroom wall by the sink,hair strands also randomly in the bathroom and someone’s socks were under the bed I slept in.I would recommend but they need to do better.

The lady at the front was rude ,short and not very professional. The first room had a bug crawling on the bed. When went to front she seemed to careless like it was the norm. They gave me another room the bathroom needs to be updated the shower fixtures was old hard to cut on and off , low shower pressure and the toilet was low to the floor. The hotel needs more light and better signage.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

On weekends they are likely to have a noisy event in their convention space (party with music and food). Late participants make noise until 1:30 am. Otherwise, the facility is fine.

I was on the 1st floor, which is the basement. My room had mold in several places, the air conditioner did not work. The flooring was moving and cracking as I walked on it (with shoes on because the floor wasnt clean). The bathroom had black hair on the floor. I felt like I was sleeping in a dungeon. Only positive was the sheets were clean, believe me, I checked.

Entering into the hotel was nice and clean. The staff was nice as well. The rooms where clean, up to date. The bathroom need updating, and better lighting.

We will probably stay here again when visiting the area. Decent location and in good shape; the pools were excellent as well. The included breakfast bar was good.

Run…away!
Upon arrival everything looked great but it went down hill from there. We were given the incorrect room and had to get that fixed. Once you left the lobby it was a significant change in temperature that instantly made you sweat in the hallways. The difference in appearance changed as well. The elevator was also a scary situation cause it damn near closed on me anytime I got in it. The water damage was clearly evident in the rooms as well. Nearly everyone that stayed was complaining. Thankfully I reserved early and paid less than others.

It is disappointing to see that you did not have a positive experience with your room reservation and had a change of plans with staying at our hotel. Terms and conditions of booking sites vary, so unfortunately, they are set with them and not necessarily with our hotel. We are sorry for any disappointment that you have concerning this but do hope you will stay with us in the future when you are back in our area.
