It's a decent hotel. It's huge and we were located in the furthest nether regions. Literally 3 NY city block from reception. Pros: The room was clean, concierge was helpful. Cons: The zoo was ok. They have you captive for meals which are expensive and not very good. Taxis to anywhere expensive. The guided 7 hour tour was interesting, but a bit tired. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ordering in (delivery). We'd had great fish elsewhere on our trip and ordered in Pizza. Concierge will help you. We did Carlluccio tel# 3656-5225. A large pie cost about $22. Taking a taxi to The pizza joint is expensive.

Hotel is located in a very nice and convenient place. While some hotel staff are very efficient, attentive, and helpful (booking restaurants reservation in Manaus, providing informations or useful telephone numbers; kitchen room service), part of the personel lack serious training (not enough towels daily to the room; more than 2 hours to bring towels to the room; not very nice and prompt answer when we complained about the delay; hurry to take out food from the buffet when guests are still trying to serve; not very attentive or cordial service in the restaurants, especially if you ask for something simple but absent from the buffet as a expresso). Pillows should be replaced (they are not fluffy and fresh as expected!). Also, the towels (not fluffy, and some have stains on it). I feel that these problems could be solved with a better supervision of the hotel personel. Hotel is associated with a turism company (just beside the front desk) that provide very nice excursions in the Amazon, and very nice, attentive and knowlegeble guides (most speak good English). I would like to see the excursion service stay a little longer hours available to book services. They closed around 6:00 pm, what it is not convenient once you sometimes are returning from the another excursion on this time. The hotel and surrondings are very clean and beautiful. I love the variety of food in the breakfast, and the fact that it is included in the price of your stay. I would certainly stay there again

Pros: Die Lage zum Amazonas und der Komfort
Location: In der Nähe ist der Strand Praia Ponte Nähgarn (sehr gepflegt mit Promenade seit WM 2014), zur Stadt mit der Linie 120 für circa 4 Reais
Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt & ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den brasilianischen Standard eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit schönen & sauberen Zimmern. Das Frühstück war gut und bot landestypische Speisen. Das Buffet am Abend ist nicht zu empfehlen, da die Speisen nur lauwarm waren und es kaum landestypische Essen gab. Hinsichtlich des Eincheckens ist das Hotel nicht flexibel,was bei den Planungen mit Touren vor Ort oder der Weiterreise in eine Lodge berücksichtigt werden sollte (Check In: ab 14Uhr Check Out: Bis 12Uhr - Jungle Lodges holen einen oft erst um 14 Uhr ab, sodass 2h zu überbrücken sind)

The hotel is very big and the surrounning is very very nice.But the hotel itself is in bad shape. The interior of the room needs an upgrade, everything is old. It must have been a very nice hotel but now it is not. The service is also bad. We did not have towels in the bathroom. it took them 4 hours to bring it to our room. They forgot to clean our room the first day :)

O único incoveniente que tive foi em relação a limpeza, já no 1º dia o quarto estava sujo, depois foi as toalhas, no 1º dia tinha sómente uma toalha de banho, aguardei, no 2º dia tive que solicitar mais uma toalha, e foi assim até o 5º dia, se queriamos toalhas tinhamos que solicitar, no mais não tenho nada a reclamar.
