Nice clean hotel

Loved that they put an extra comforter and extra blanket in room. Nice staff, clean!! Left before breakfast so can't comment on that.

We wanted to shop & relax in Jacuzzi & pool

Pros: Great breakfast & room.
Cons: Only wish we could have spent the time in the pools that we were anticipating. The Jacuzzi should have been hotter and indoor pool warmer.
Location: Near to the Mall of NH.
Someone brought their baby with diaper into the Jacuzzi & left poop nuggets behind. Our 2nd trip to the Jacuzzi our daughter discovered them bumping her leg. We turned off the jets and were pretty grossed out. We reported the findings & they shut down the pool. But it unfortunately killed the remainder of our swimming & Jacuzzi.

I apologize if the water temperatures were not what you expected. However due to practical bacteria growth, the temperature must be limited. I understand the frustration in not being able to use the pool or hot tub after a guest incident. Obviously it was unexpected.

nice hotel

Hotel was nice staff were pleasant. Was nice to have a pool but the chlorine was so high it burned your eyes and the water was cold. All in all it was a good stay.

comfortable visit

We stayed at the Best Western because of winter weather conditions that delayed our son's flight. Our dog joined us in a pet-friendly room, which was great for the dog and for us as well. The hotel is less than ten minutes from the airport. Breakfast was fresh food and delicious. We all had a super visit and would definitely stay here again.

Great King Suite

Stayed here in the King Suite. Room was great - very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Two rooms. One with bed, desk, TV, couch, and chair. One with couch, table, refrigerator, and microwave. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed was super comfortable. Desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast and afternoon cookies. This is my second stay here. I will definitely be back!
