Good foodPosted Oct 3, 2015
Found lots of moths in room on first night then next night noticed small bugs all over bed side cabinet the staff changed our room but didn't get much sleep through itching most the night put it down to being paranoid but I now have many bit marks on my side. Returning to the hotel on the last night the cleaners had been in but looks like they had been on a jolly the sheets were just thrown over the beds had 1 clean towel and the milk etc were still empty. Rooms in general looked ok but we're dirty

Would not advise!Posted Sep 20, 2015
Booked this for my boys birthdays. I chose to ignore the reviews that weren't great as the facilities at the hotel looked good. We pulled up and it looked like a right dump, not like the photos. Our room, supposedly on a non-smoking floor stank of cigarettes. There was a small lounge area at the top of the room with a banister with missing spindles which is where my son's head had to go when lying on the sofa bed. The jacuzzi bath didn't work. The shower gel dispenser came off the wall in my hand and was also empty. The only thing going for it was the location as it was central. Please avoid it at all cost!

Never Again!Posted Jul 27, 2015
So far the worse hotel i've experienced, it smells like a rotten warehouse, bathroom towel had blood stains onit and bed frame were like made out of broken wood chair, felt springs from the mattress which made too much noise as you tose and turn i am so glad i was there only for one night, never booking em again as they've changed me £120 for a night! Do yourself a favour and book something which is worth your money.

The room i booked had no windows and unfortunatly our stay was during an unsuspected british heatwave so the room was far far too hot. The air conditioning thermostat fell off the wall and when we ask for a couple of fans they never gave us any. Overall location to bars and clubs was ideal, the main purpose of my visit was for a couple of nights out in manchester with the lads, so the hotel is ideal if all your after is a shower and a bed.

Central locationPosted Jul 8, 2015 on Hotels
Very central location, ideal for shopping. As it was the cheapest hotel when looking, we wasn't expecting anything spectacular. The room didn't have a window, so it was a little dark (no main light in the room) but this would not put me off staying here again as the location was ideal. Short walk from the train station and the Arndale Centre.

great, close to my point of operationPosted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: proximity to the Piccadilly garden
my experience was good and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, particularly the buffet breakfast and the services of the staff
