A place to stay during a nor'easter

Pros: Price and convenience
Cons: Having ice machines where they are said to be, elevators.... only two floors but I have tons of metal in my leg.
Location: Nashua is a nice city, tons of restaurants and shopping. About an hour and half drive to get to the mountains, hour drive to the lake regions hour
Old, needs up dates but for the price sure was better then driving home in a bad storm just to drive back. Room didn't look dirty, but being a smoking room the one bed I did use, the blanket looked like swiss cheese from several burn holes in the blanket, kind of turned me off. But overall it was comfortable with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Shower was okay, They do offer a continental breakfast, which is fine if you don't have celiac disease. I have frequently used the attach restaurant knowing I could get a particular meal I like gluten free, thought this was perfect for me but someone must of put the allergy notification though and got glutened. I use these restaurants often, in m any places in our state and never have had a problem prior to this. A vacation eh not something I would want , however a quick stop its fine..

The hotel hallway and rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke and vomit. Entering the room it did not improve. There was old toothpaste spit on the sink faucet, the floor tiles were cracked, hair dryer plug was cracked and looked like it may cause a fire. Def would not recommend a stay here to anyone.

Strong smell of cat and smoke in hall. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Helpful staff held heavy door for us when we were struggling to get in. No elevator.

As for the smell in the hallways, we do cater to smoking clientele so that could explain the smokey smell, either way I am sorry it was unpleasant and I will make sure housekeeping works to fix the issue. We do not have an elevator on property but our staff is always more than happy to carry anything a guest needs upstairs. Absolutely Disgusting!

Pros: Nothing except for the front desk girl Christina was very understanding and as appauld as I was when I showed her the photos of the room to prove I wasn't over exaggerating!
Cons: Smells like Cigarettes. The room I stayed in had not been clean and was outdated. The "Clean towels" had human body hair some pubic and some not that was not wrapped up in them! Bathroom had food chip crumbs under the bathroom mirror which hadn't been wiped down for a very long time as well as chip crumbs on the floor. Very Gross! Still trying to figure out when I left why someone else's clothing pieces were on my vehicle!
Location: Stay at another place until they can hire some decent housekeeping!

Should be a $39.95 hotel, or rent by the hour

Pros: Leaving
Cons: The who;e property is in need of an update.
I have stayed in some pretty bad hotels. While this one is not the worst, it is in the top 5. The Good: The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower had awesome pressure and plenty of hot water, the desk staff was very friendly. The room does have a safe, which is nice for those of us that usually travel armed. The Bad: This property is way over-priced, there is no elevator, the service at the attached pub was horrible (my wife and I stood at the hostess station for 15 minutes before we gave up and went to burger king), the layout of the hotel is funky, the window looks out onto a hallway, the AC/Heat unit should have been in a museum, the room and hallway smelled like stale smoke, urine and old mayonnaise, the room we had was right beside the stairs to the pub and we had to listen to the door open and close ALL night. I finally gave up and wedged the door open to prevent it from slamming. There are plenty of other hotels in this area and at this price point that I would pick over this one. It does offer easy access to US 3, which makes Boston and Manchester an easy commute.

Pros: The staff members were very accomodating and pleasant.
Cons: The dilapidated ,outdated, old rooms
Location: There is a very nice modern New York style diner a few miles down the road.
I have stayed at this facility two times just because they take pets;however, the hotel needs an upgrade in a serious way. The towel racks are rusted, the exterior doors do not lock which is a safety issue. The towels were stained... everything is just extremely old and has not been updated in forever.It is a shame because the cleaning staff cleans, the personnel are extremely friendly, but the hotel itself is motel status charging hotel rates.

Convenient location, ample parking, nearby dining

Location: Adjacent restaurant. Near to the highway. Near to downtown, but no nearby amusement.
Comfortable, no frills. Bathroom fan sounded like a 747 takeoff. Toilet didn't ever flush effectively. Bathtub drain semi- clogged; a shower filled the tub to the ankles; but was fixed promptly. In a week's stay room was overlooked twice: bed not made, etc. No elevator. Breakfast was adequate, menu never varied. Worst feature was the layout maze, only one fire exit that I could find.

Pros: Close to Restaurants, shopping etc. Parking was plentiful. There was a decent complimentary breakfast.
Cons: No AC. Beds=bad. Outside doors didn't lock. Shower didn't work properly.

Our maintenance staff is always happy to look at anything that may not be working correctly, including the shower. All the outside doors to the property do lock, except for the main lobby doors. We tend to keep them unlocked during the day as to not inconvenience our guests; but this is something I will look into changing. Easy access to the highway.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location, convenient for accessing local roads and the city. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room needs renovation. The carpeting and furnishings are worn out.
Location: The hotel is close to downtown Nashua, which was convenient for me.
The floor was not cleaned properly. The outside door was not locked. The dresser drawers were broken.
