Clean, comfortable rooms for un-fussy travelers.

Pros: My room was cleaner than I expected and I loved having a fridge and microwave in the room.
Cons: The shower was a little small and the towel rack was a little rusty, but these weren't exactly major issues.
Location: I chose this hotel because Nashua is centrally located for day trips to NH and MA. The area was quiet but had plenty of amenities nearby.
I found my room to be cleaner and more comfortable than rooms at national budget chains at similar prices. Common areas like the lobby and dining room were nicer, too.

Good stay

Good simple breakfast in the morning. Room was very large with message chair, love seat and arm chair. Room was very comfortable for our family of 5. Beds very comfortable, slept very well. Negatives: no elevator but only 1 floor up and building/hallways had a cigarette smell order in the air. Was better in the room but felt the need to open up window to air it out. Overall fit out need for a 1 night stay while up visiting family. Price was very affordable.

"No towels in entire hotel" per manager on desk.

Housekeeping never made up room, removed garbage, or replaced towels. Front Desk promised to deliver towels... never did. Went to front desk to ask for towels & told none available in entire hotel. However towels were on two housekeeping carts & visible in laundry room which was is same hallway as front desk. Staff unapologetic! Would never recommend to anyone!!!

Cheap but in need of updating-at RT 3

Cons: Almost all-very outdated/old needs update
Location: Near Nashua Malls and major highway (Rt 3)
Old, tiles are stained, lights above bed broken-appears switch is bad. Heat smells like burning when 1st turned on. Sink very slow draining. Last day-found someone else's sock in bed. No free use of Golds Gym even though website says so. Breakfast is very limited. No eggs, bacon, sausage, ham. OJ dispenser was broken. Having the 99 restaurant there was good for dinner. Very noisy-ice dispenser, traffic, people staying there.

Poor quality

I paid a little extra for a suite since there was 4 of us staying in a room. When we went into the room it was not a suite, it was one big room instead of two. When I went down to ask about it to the front desk I was told, "that is not our kind of suite". I then started to look at the difference between a suite room and a regular room. The only thing I paid more for was a electric fireplace which we didn't even use. We all left for dinner and on our return we noted that the door didn't even lock and we could walk right in without using our key card. The breakfast was old stale fruit that was on its last leg. When I went to voice my concerns to the front desk they rolled their eyes at me. I would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient clean good value hotel

Service at check-in was very good. The young lady had prepared all paperwork, so I was at the desk very briefly. A nice touch.
