Very disappointed

The room was clean. The water was brown that came out of the shower and sink fixtures. I didn't use the shower. The bed was hard as a rock. I had checked in just before midnight and left at 430am. It was not worth changing rooms at that hour.

Cynthia, I am terribly sorry that this was your experience with us. We were working on an issue with our water that day and that is why the water was temporarily brown. Regardless, that is truly unacceptable on our part and I apologize profusely. I completely understand not wanting to switch rooms as you were only staying for such a short time; however I wish we had known so we could have somehow made it up to you. Stop over on a longer trip

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway with a restaurant on site. The building looked a little run down on the outside but not as bad as the inside. Carpets were dirty, there was constant water dripping in the tub. There was a hair dryer but it didn't work. All in all, a little overpriced but it was ok for a nights sleep before resuming my travel.

A place to stay during a nor'easter

Pros: Price and convenience
Cons: Having ice machines where they are said to be, elevators.... only two floors but I have tons of metal in my leg.
Location: Nashua is a nice city, tons of restaurants and shopping. About an hour and half drive to get to the mountains, hour drive to the lake regions hour
Old, needs up dates but for the price sure was better then driving home in a bad storm just to drive back. Room didn't look dirty, but being a smoking room the one bed I did use, the blanket looked like swiss cheese from several burn holes in the blanket, kind of turned me off. But overall it was comfortable with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Shower was okay, They do offer a continental breakfast, which is fine if you don't have celiac disease. I have frequently used the attach restaurant knowing I could get a particular meal I like gluten free, thought this was perfect for me but someone must of put the allergy notification though and got glutened. I use these restaurants often, in m any places in our state and never have had a problem prior to this. A vacation eh not something I would want , however a quick stop its fine..

I apologize we do not have an elevator; the hotel was quite full due to the storm, but ordinarily we will always try and cater to a guest's first floor preferences. I am also sorry about the blanket in the smoking room; I will speak to housekeeping about changing that. We do offer a few gluten free options with our continental breakfast, like oatmeal and gluten-free cereal! I do appreciate you alerting us to these issues, it helps us do our jobs more effectively. Not nice

The hotel hallway and rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke and vomit. Entering the room it did not improve. There was old toothpaste spit on the sink faucet, the floor tiles were cracked, hair dryer plug was cracked and looked like it may cause a fire. Def would not recommend a stay here to anyone.

Place to spend the night.

Strong smell of cat and smoke in hall. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Helpful staff held heavy door for us when we were struggling to get in. No elevator.

As for the smell in the hallways, we do cater to smoking clientele so that could explain the smokey smell, either way I am sorry it was unpleasant and I will make sure housekeeping works to fix the issue. We do not have an elevator on property but our staff is always more than happy to carry anything a guest needs upstairs. Again, thank you for taking the time to review us, we hope to see you again in the future!

Absolutely Disgusting!

Pros: Nothing except for the front desk girl Christina was very understanding and as appauld as I was when I showed her the photos of the room to prove I wasn't over exaggerating!
Cons: Smells like Cigarettes. The room I stayed in had not been clean and was outdated. The "Clean towels" had human body hair some pubic and some not that was not wrapped up in them! Bathroom had food chip crumbs under the bathroom mirror which hadn't been wiped down for a very long time as well as chip crumbs on the floor. Very Gross! Still trying to figure out when I left why someone else's clothing pieces were on my vehicle!
Location: Stay at another place until they can hire some decent housekeeping!
