Very convenient for airport, covered walkway to all terminals. Although more expensive than other Manchester airport hotels we would definitely say the difference is worth it if you can afford to do so.
Generally a very nice hotel. Friendly staff, quick check-in, check-out. Extended check-out available. WiFi also fine. Only problems I had were very very minor. Breakfast was a little primitive and the iron in my room was broken but the staff swiftly replaced it. Lastly my room didn’t have a walk ...
i have stayed here twice and it is a good hotel,i would say that the room i stayed in was a king size bedroom and i found that the wash basin was much to close to the toilet. i would also watch out for hidden charges.
Hotel was nice and clean, staff were very friendly, food in restaurant wasn't the cheapest, having said that it was of a good standard so I don't mind paying for quality. My only real gripe would be the shower in my room it was on par with a semi blocked watering can. Overall would recommend.
Stayed here for our last night of a two week trip around the UK. Hotel is very conveniently located to the airport and car rental drop off. Taxi to airport should cost about 11 pounds. The staff are amazing. Couldn't do enough to help us when we arrived, tired and worn out from a long day of driving. ...
For the price, this hotel is excellent. We tried to check-in at 11 a.m., but rooms were not ready, yet staff was very friendly and accommodating receiving our bags. We spend day in Manchester and on return our bags had all been put in our various rooms. Bed was very comfortable and shower was extremely ...
I travelled up from Essex and stayed for two nights to attend a charity event for ONCE UPON A SMILE, a children's bereavement charity that is based in Manchester. I would happily stay here again and recommend to my friends.
Easy to walk around city center, because of close proximity to downtown. Staff was great and restaurant was average food but friendly staff.
We were really made to feel special, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was lovely! Happened to mention it was my husbands birthday at check in, when we came back later there were some birthday sweets waiting for us in the room!
Stayed for two days during a visit to Manchester. Check in was good as was the greeting from an awesome bell hop.The room was great with a comfy bed and great bathroom.Complimentary water and coffee. Bed was turned down at night and water left by the bedside with terry slippers. View of the river ...
Staff was very accommodating and courteous. The hotel lobby was elegant and inviting. I enjoyed my stay. My only recommendation is to a put a larger sign that the towel rack is hot! The doormen, the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the staff @ the reception desk were all very helpful and ...
