The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, central heating and a TV. The bathroom includes all the essentials to freshen up, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for convenience. For added convenience, the property has a storeroom where guests can store and organize their belongings. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that in-stay cleaning is not included, but it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.
