I know it was beyond their control, but the hotel lost hot water. It was not communicated to the guests at all. When I went down to inform the desk I was told they were aware and then they asked if I wanted breakfast. It was a strange interaction

Nice convenient location to down town. Easy to walk to many restaurants on Main St. Hotel lobby has been updated and is very inviting. Staff is friendly and helpful

The room walls are really thin, so you can hear TV from the neighbors. The main complaint though is that if you forget anything there - consider it lost. We forgot headphones inside the table shelf and called within an hour to ask to find and mail it to us, but the staff " couldn't find nothing even though they looked really hard for it". Also, as an explanation, we were told that upon check in we signed a paper saying that the hotel is not responsible for anything missing from the room.

Very pleasant and friendly front desk staff checking in last night. Called the hotel to let them l would he checking in really late which I did close to 3AM. I had requested a quiet room on the top floor which they accommodated my request. The only negatives was that there was no hot water at all, lukewarm at best, and that the housekeeper was vacuuming outside my door across the hall at 9:30AM. Not acceptable so beware these issues.

It was close to my training facility as well as had a lot of amenities and dining options nearby. The elevator was having issues and was unpredictable. Housekeeping was inconsistent but staff were pleasant enough during my stay.

Pubic hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in. We had some friends staying at the other end of the hall, they had the same issue when they checked in. Maybe this location should consider vacuuming between guests, instead of (I assume) just running a mop on the floor.
