Room Experience.

Pros: Convenient it was right off the Interstate and very close to where my morning meeting was being held.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything going on in the room next to me. Also there were some very loud guest raising hell in the hallway at around 2 am. I had an early morning meeting Saturday, it made for a terrible night of sleep or lack of sleep. The girl that checked me in told me that the breakfast service started at 6:30 am when in fact on Saturdays it actually starts at 7am. Thats a problem when you have an early morning meeting and were planning on eating around 6:30am. More attention to detail at check in and a renovation to upgrade the quality of the room would help. I own two business and know how helpful constructive feedback can be. Thank you.

We are in the middle of our guest room rehab and the results will be overwhelmingly fantastic and pleasing to everyone. It is something that we have waited a long time to complete. We are addressing the sound issues, and are getting all new case goods, adding refrigerators to all rooms and improving our entrance and pool locker rooms plus so much more! Worst hotel stay

We were moved from our king size room to a double bed and had to beg the front desk for a refrigerator that we already paid for as part of the king room. The double room was so dirty and out dated. There were holes in the curtains and the sheets were dirty with hair on them. The elevator was broken and one of the employees did not even address the issue. The carpets were also dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed in months. We are completely disgusted with this holiday inn and hope hotels.com no longer offers this hotel. The holiday inn would not issue us a refund because we booked through hotels.com.

We are well aware of the conditions of our guest rooms and can state that the renovations have started and that the 5th floor is 70% complete! We made sound improvements and are replacing all of the furniture, carpeting and window treatments plus much more. Rude awakening

They had an issue with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Not so peaceful nights sleep.

We apologize for that experience it is not something that we like happening, however it does verify that our fire detection system is working! Apparently a guess with a vapor cigarette set it off. Pros: lobby, front desk, nice restaurant.
Cons: Room updates
There were flies and dead flies in my room. Air conditioner did not work properly. Fan light in the bathroom sounded like a chainsaw. I didn't complain and wouldn't complain if I didn't pay 164 for my room. The outside lobby and front desk were very nice, but the rooms need attention.

Pros: not too much, just cheap, it was close to my colleague
Cons: rude staff, paper thin walls, key cards barely worked.
Location: the mexican restaurant was ok, but nothing else close by....

Our guest room upgrades should address the sound issues and a lot of times our guests place their keycards near other credit cards or near appliances or alarm systems and that can erase them. Wait for breakfast Sunday moring I heard you were understaffed so that could explain it but with two weddings it was a little silly of a wait. Overall the stay was able avrg polite and kind staff.

Convenient and clean hotel

Two small issues with our stay. Found it difficult to regulate AC/Heat. The other issue was Housekeeping did not replenish the coffee used the previous day. Breakfast on our last morning was a buffet and was delightful . The restaurant staff was fantastic . Better than average stay.

Family Vacation to Canobie Lake Park.

The stay was nice with a small hiccup. Our room door got stuck so you get in but not out. A small fire hazard to say the least. But a service man came up and fixed it within 10 minutes of our call to the front desk. Everybody friendly-kids under 12 ate free breakfast. Overall a good experience.
