Everything was great about the hotel except the breakfast buffet. There was very limited choices and the waffle maker was only on the weekend. There also were no bagels, muffins, or yogurt on Monday like there had been the previous day. The trash was also overflowing on Sunday so we had to throw some in the hallway trash.

Although it’s a nice hotel. I was alittle let down with the overall condition. The room we stayed in had a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Bottom hinge on king bedroom door was pulled. Peeling paint in the bathroom. Most cabinets are scuffed. Wallpaper bubbling. The exterior is in serious need of a landscaper. The pool was out of order prior to our arrival. Opened that night by Sunday it was closed again. They charge to park aswell $5 a day.

The room was okay, the furniture was broken. The bureau was duct taped and the drawers would not shut. The room was nice but the broken furniture, not just the bureau, but the stand next to it was broken, dented refrigerator, and the bureau in the bedrooms were all scratched up. For the cost of the room it was a disappointment for sure.

Pool was closed and looked gross and small anyway. WiFi didn’t work. Walked through hotel for 20 minutes and never found an ice machine. Front desk said there was only one in the entire hotel and told me it was directly across from room 219, it wasn’t. I never found one anywhere. There were eyelashes on the bathroom counter when we got there. Despite the fact the clocks moved forward an hour, checkout time remained the same and breakfast remained the same time which would have been acceptable other than when we got there at 930am which was really 830am, most of the food, drinks and coffee was gone and we were told they’re not making any more.

Spacious and clean! The pool is a little dated and could use a fresh coat of pain. Also there was no wet pool towel receptacle so used pool towels were just left on the floor. But overall we loved the hotel and will be back.

The suite was beautiful, comfortable and clean. BUT about 10PM I realized there were no bathroom towels at all. I was told that someone would bring some up. I called an hour and 1/2 later and no one answered the desk phone. So in the morning I ended up without a shower, only a quick washup, using a kitchen towel. So disappointing. ]

This was the worst "stay" I have ever had! After driving for 8 hours with my family, we were informed that Hilton had, earlier that day, cancelled our reservation. They said they would move us to a "sister" hotel for a comparable room...they did not offer us a comparable room and instead wanted to charge more money for a worse room. They had comparable rooms available but the GM did not want to absorb the additional cost and instead wanted us to pay for it. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere...but what a disgrace, after the hotel messed up our family trips reservation, they had the nerve to ask for more money while providing a smaller room. Sad disgrace!

The room we stayed in was very spacious with two bedrooms with king size beds. There was a convenient kitchen in our room and it had 3 large screen tvs. The choice of cable stations was poor, but adequate to a hotel such as this. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping in the area and restaurants. The pool was closed on the weekend when we would have liked to use it.

The staff were wonderful. Our room was very clean. The only negative about my stay there is that they did not have any juice with the complementary breakfast. Every hotel I have stayed at has always had juice. On Sunday the breakfast place was not opened at 7AM as we were told it would be, so I had to leave and was unable to get my complementary breakfast.

I made a reservation for my graduation for a stay of Thursday 11/16- Sunday 11/19, being that I was traveling to NH from another state by car I notified staff that I will be arriving in the early morning of Friday 11/17. When Friday came they canceled my reservation due to a no show after it was noted in the system and they told me it was. When speaking to the representative she offered me a reservation at a sister hotel that was triple the amount that I would have paid for my original reservation. After speaking with a manager they told me that there was nothing they can do and BTW they still charged me for one night and couldn’t reverse the charge. Needless to say I was stranded in NH on my graduation weekend causing me to cancel my plans and go back home. I never made it to graduation.

Hi Ivy,I reviewed you reservation notes. You had spoken to Expedia and not the front desk of the hotel. The notes that were added stated arrival 11.15.23 at 8am. This was the cause of the confusion due to the notes not being accurate. I do apologize for the inconvenience, I suggest reaching out to Expedia for assistance

I will start by saying the front desk clerk at check in, Anna was amazing, super sweet, kind and helpful, that being said upon going to our room we note immediately it’s not the room we booked. We booked a 2 queen suite and got a 1 king suite. When I returned to the desk Anna tried to help, she spoke with the manager( I never saw the manager) twice but it was keep the room we have or give up the full kitchen. The manager never came out of the office, never offered an apology just left Anna to deal with an over booking issue… poor form. No linens in the room for the sofa bed, Anna quickly fixed that, coffee maker was dirty, pool was so dirty on the bottom we opted not to swim and the back parking lot hotel side lighting is basically nonexistent, 2 lights by the door, all the other lighting is on the other side of the parking lot. Had it not been for Anna’s helpfulness, I would give this stay two thumbs down, but she was so kind and tried to right the wrongs that her manager clearly had no desire to address. This was not our first stay here but perhaps our last.

Nice hotel but disappointed
We paid a lot of money for a weekend stay at this hotel in the 2 bedroom suite, with 2 queens in one and a king in the other, each bedroom with their own bathroom. In one bathroom toilet paper holder was broken, no hairdryer, silverware and plates, etc...were minimal and i had called an asked ahead. Given this is a suite that can have 7 adults, the amentities in the room didnt have enough silverware, plates, etc...for 5! No baking sheet for oven either, no regular dish soap, and tiny trash/recycling trash cans, for a large suite with 5 people, we had to use our own garbage bags. Arrived to construction in main area, difficult moving cart through. Pool was freezing cold, not heated. Breakfast was ok, but limited to no choices for people with gluten or lactose issues or with other food requirements. Overall guest relations was nice and it was a nice room and hotel, but to pay over $300/ night....i expected a lot better. Disappointed.
