Thank you for your feedback. I do appreciate it as we use all of our guest feedback to make a better experience for future guests. I will address the cleanliness issues that you mentioned with our housekeeping team. We are scheduled for a full renovation to begin within the month, that will upgrade all of our guestrooms and public space as well as eliminate any Smoking rooms. This will alleviate the odor you experienced during your stay. Once again, thank you for your feedback.
