Great hotel close to arena

Fantastic location approx 2 mins to arena and Victoria station is approx 4 mins. Took a taxi to Piccadilly train station at approx 8am (organised by hotel £6.40. Make sure you book your table if eating at restaurant. Very pleasant stay. Staff extremely attentive. Room very clean and bed comfortable.

Good quality Spa Hotel

Pros: Pool, spa and bed.
Cons: Lower the buffet benches.
Location: Northern Quarter has some excellent restaurants.
Lovely hotel, its position appears to be rather out of town, but once you get your barings it wasn't so bad. Good quality pool, sauna and steam room. Remember to book treatments early as we missed out. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good, we just paid on the day for our meal, it was cheaper at the weekend. The breakfast buffet although looked cool on high benches, was not all that easy to get to for me, being only 5ft tall. Maybe some consideration should be put to this.

Friendly staff, nice hotel

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was worth paying for. I found the room 624 uncomfortable. Even when the air con was turned off there was a horrible extractor fan noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The king sized bed is requested was just two beds pushed together.

Great hotel

Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: There really needs to be free parking at the site or nearby. Hats off for offering 20% discount though.
Location: Near Cheetham Hill road, great selections of indian restaurants / takeaways
Very clean, well maintained rooms. Very good sized bed comfortable.

Not a patch on a premier inn.

Booked this hotel thinking at the price I paid, it would be more luxurious for a special occassion. How wrong was I. The room 638 bathroom floor was filthy on entering the room . The hotel has obviously thought about minimalistic furniture creating maximum space. But there is a massive tv which takes up the side and sticks out like a sore thumb. The flashing headboard which changes colour may appeal to some people?? The bed was two pushed together and found to be rather soft. The pillows could do with replacing. Hotel was quiet and plenty tea coffee with good size mugs. Maid service, moved things around but didnt actually wipe the surfaces. Breakfast was busy both days, good set up but food not replaced quick enough for the demand. We had to eat in a conference room which had a school dinner type feel about it. Staff poor at clearing tables. The breakfast choice had the potential but food was not replaced when it ran out. Both times went for breakfast and there were no sausages replaced either time. Food cold while waiting for food to be replaced. Good position, easy access to Victoria station and arena. I would not stay again for the price I payed. I would rather go to a premier inn which is more comfortable and nicer.

Nice hotel close to Victoria Station and centre

Location: Manchester Arena is close by, Victoria train staion short 10 min walk. Close to all the nightlife
We stayed here for two nights 16 - 18 February for my birthday. When we arrived at 1630 we were quickly attended and checked in without any hassle and the chap on the reception was polite. Our room was 513 and upon arrival at the the door it was a superior room and upon entering the room the hotel had given us a nice couple of sweet treats with a birthday message and a couple of vouchers for drink in the bar. I must say it was really nice of the Hotel to do this and went a long way. The room was spacious and clean and the bed really comfy and there was also a big samsung TV with inputs to plug in your devices. There was also a safe in the room which accommodated a 15.6 inch Acer laptop no probs. There was the usual soap/ amenities and plentyful (Dove). The breakfast was a buffet with a selection of usual sausage, bacon, eggs as well as a good selection of cereals, fruit and pastries and being checked and restocked frequently. We had dinner in the Hotel on one night and it was fab - Spring rolls to start, nice medium steak and dessert. It was all served hot and very tasty.

Really handy if you're going to Manchester arena

It was literally over the road from the train station and arena and just a 10 minute walk to the manchester arndale and selfridges. Perfect! Really nice room aswell. Only thing that i didn't like was the fact that the cleaners tried to come in the room at 9:30am when we were still in there, good job the chain was on the door!

Pros: Helpful reptionists. Good pool, sauna and steam room.satisfactory changing room.
Cons: Chef needs to taste the powdery scramble eggs before serving them.

No parking and really bad night sleep

No parking at the hotel . Their is a car across the road but it £16.00 for 24hours. Also shower didn't work proper . There was black hairs on the bathroom floor as they havn't been cleaned properly. Plus the double bed was just 2 single's put together which meant the was a really u uncomfortable gap between the two. The hotel looked nice but wasn't worth the money we paid as it didn't include breakfast . Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
