Friendly and helpful staff, lobby looks amazing. Very comfy, huge bed and lovely furnishings. Not keen on the unfinished look of the walls and the piping on the ceiling. Great location, esp for Chinatown and transport.

A pleasant stay. Ideal for short stays; especially business travellers. The room was clean and comfortable; but I was woken several times during the night with slamming doors. The restaurant is excellent, I strongly recommend eating there.

Loved 5th floor window view over the city. Sas calming decor and large room. Was lovely stay. However, shampoo dispenser didn't work in the shower and would prefer firmer pillows.
