Close to downtown is about it...

The hotel is close to downtown, but that is about it. Both restaurants onsite had mediocre food at more than mediocre prices. The beds were old sleep number beds that we could not get comfortable on then entire stay. When using the complimentary coffee/tea, it was never refilled. I will look to stay elsewhere when in town again.

Not where is the cost of admission

Arrived on time checked into the hotel the person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable about the rules and policies regarding the hotel. So where I was told I would only pay a $25 deposit for my stay I didn't up being $25 per day, also did the same thing with the parking I was told by concierge that it would be a one-time $12 charge it was actually $12 per day. Room had little white bugs on the table, beds were broken and extremely hard. Litterally like sleeping on cement. The pillow cases were dirty, & the coffee mugs had lipstick stains. To top it all off the spare cover in the closet smelled like Old sweat and it also had a large rip in it. With my experience on Expedia and hotels they usually ask you how everything is a few hours after you check in informed hotel and Expedia and nothing was done. I received an apology through Expedia from the hotel at the end of this stay that said I'm we apologize. Not worth my money and next time I know for fact I will never stay at another Radisson. As a matter fact I will be contacting corporate about this location and my stay experience. Also staff not too knowledgeable about things in the surrounding area such as UPS or other services that a typical guess would need

Parking is a discounted fee of $12.00 per night in the public garage connected to the facility. NICE Hotel, Excellent staff, Excellent food

Pros: Everything - Room, Location, Staff, Food
Cons: Parking system. I had wait for few minutes as the parking entrance was out of tickets.
nice hotel at a perfect location with excellent staff. I ordered food through room service and it was AWESOME too!

Great "downtown" location, park and walk.

Pros: The location was great
Location: I enjoyed the beer selection at The Thirsty Moose with my son and his friends and dinner at The Mint Bistro was great.
I was in town for business but also visiting my son, I could easily meet him for drinks and dinner without needing to drive.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. It was close to lots of restaurants. Perfect stay!

Perfect for my needs

I was in Manchester for a conference (being held at the Radisson). The front desk was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and very comfortable. I ate the buffet breakfast both days (couldn't take the time for menu-ordering). The food was good buffet food. I had lunch at the tavern and it was good as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm in the Manchester area.

Pros: everything is exceptional except in room heating system
Cons: IN ROOM AIR CONDITIONING/ HEATING
Air conditioner/ heater was so loud that was impossible to sleep finely i shut the heat off and got one hour of sleep
