Fairly good, but not as expected.

Pros: Bathroom + the flexibility of the staff!
The hotel staff and front desk employees were very friendly and flexible to meet our needs. Although fairly good, the room does not look like the one shown on the Expedia website. The bed was very comfortable, but I did not have a very comfortable night due to having the AC installed right next to it, which made my night freezing cold at times and very hot when decided to turn it off. However, I believe they would have done something about that if I had mentioned it, but I only stayed there for one night.

Nice hotel close to food areas quite environment

Hotel was very clean and staffed was very helpful, room was also clean bed was very comfortable had a front view and it was very nice

Close to downtown is about it...

The hotel is close to downtown, but that is about it. Both restaurants onsite had mediocre food at more than mediocre prices. The beds were old sleep number beds that we could not get comfortable on then entire stay. When using the complimentary coffee/tea, it was never refilled. I will look to stay elsewhere when in town again.

Not where is the cost of admission

Arrived on time checked into the hotel the person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable about the rules and policies regarding the hotel. So where I was told I would only pay a $25 deposit for my stay I didn't up being $25 per day, also did the same thing with the parking I was told by concierge that it would be a one-time $12 charge it was actually $12 per day. Room had little white bugs on the table, beds were broken and extremely hard. Litterally like sleeping on cement. The pillow cases were dirty, & the coffee mugs had lipstick stains. To top it all off the spare cover in the closet smelled like Old sweat and it also had a large rip in it. With my experience on Expedia and hotels they usually ask you how everything is a few hours after you check in informed hotel and Expedia and nothing was done. I received an apology through Expedia from the hotel at the end of this stay that said I'm we apologize. Not worth my money and next time I know for fact I will never stay at another Radisson. As a matter fact I will be contacting corporate about this location and my stay experience. Also staff not too knowledgeable about things in the surrounding area such as UPS or other services that a typical guess would need

Parking is a discounted fee of $12.00 per night in the public garage connected to the facility. Excellent service! Very clean accommodations...the bed was amazing!! As were the complimentary toiletries..loved the scent! Great town, restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return!

Rough experience.

The reason for the not so good review is because when we checked in at the front desk, they let us know that one of the beds in the room had broken and that we would only have one bed. They claimed to be completely booked for a local event so to accommodate they would give us a cot. Now, I'm not the kind that is too good for a cot but if you are paying for 2 full size beds, you should get 2 full size beds. They did allow us to park for free which was greatly appreciated but I felt they should have offered a discount on the room or found us an alternative room. And to be honest, the bed I slept on felt like it was broke as well, it was one of the least comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I think the hotel may need some updating of the furniture.
