Home town reunion

Everything was great. Great location friendly staff. JD Tavern was very good. Only 1 negative. Would have liked a microwave in the room.

Close to Verizon Center

Wonderful. Close to Verizon Center. The room was clean, comfortable. Staff was so professional and helpful. Checked in 3 hours before the show, grabbed a small bite to eat in the Tavern, happy to have a night cap upon our return. Breakfast, had the buffet was very good reasonably priced. This will be our go to place from now on.

Pros: close to Verizon and palace
Cons: when you request a king bed or queen. don't give them a double bed
it was just my wife and I and requested a king bed but got two doubles. the hotel was not busy. so I feel we could have been accomidated

It was okay

It was a nice hotel, it is in a great location to the Verizon Wireless arena. The hotel lobby was great and the staff was great. My only problem was the amount of cobwebs in our room. I don't think anyone ever cleaned the corners of the room.

Couldn't check into the room at 5:00 pm, was told to check back later. Screwed up the rest of the evening's plans and was offered no discount from the $200 rate. Only a free breakfast.

We will make sure we speak to the front desk workers to address these issues to ensure that this does not happen to another guest.
