New, modern room, comfy bed, staff very welcoming. They went out of their way when my car had a dead battery in an adjacent City garage to get a battery pack to me in 5 minutes and get me on my way. Top notch service.

Very nice hotel

We had a pleasant stay. We had a corner room that was quite large. Rooms were immaculate and beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was breakfast service was slow. We chose not to do the buffet and it took quite a bit to get our food. There is a breakfast place right next store that I would head out to next time.

Very clean room, friendly staff, cool that it’s downtown. Pay to park is annoying, but is what it is.

Very good hotel and staff

Very helpful staff and the rooms were nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable also. The hotel has a great gym and pool if needed and the restaurant in the hotel is pretty good. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Excellent hotel,accommodations and staff.

Pros: Excellent Staff, very nice room, cleanliness and all of the little niceties that were provided in the room. The attentiveness to details shows.
Cons: Minor issue was the breakfast buffet which was pretty standard. But the waitstaff was as expected, excellent.
The best hotel that we have stayed at in the past year. We attended an event dinner here and the event staff was excellent. The waitstaff serving the food deserve a round of applause and thanks for a job well done. The front desk were respectful of our room requirements due to allergies which made for a very enjoyable stay. Especially liked the little details in the room such as the complimentary bottles of water, the wipes for the phone and the TV remote.

expected much nicer

Pros: the hot tub
Cons: needs staffing and friendlier staffing at that
Location: lots of restaraunts and shopping
To start it was short staffed when I got there. There was no one there to help me transport my luggage to my room. I did not get the room I booked which was 2 double beds instead I got a a king sized bed in a disabled room because "that is all we have available". The room was small and stuffy if I was in a wheelchair I would not have been able to manuever around in it. the bathroom was a good size but again the tub/shower area would have been unaccessable if I was in a wheelchair. As I got off the elevator the smell of cigarettes was very heavy. There was an employee there and I asked her if it was a smoking hotel and she said no. I said wow the smell of smoke is really heavy, the next morning the hallway was heavily doused in baby powder to try and mask the smell which made breathing even worse. There was a cute little gift shop in the lobby but on my first night there I went to go in and there was a notice on the door stating if you would like access to the gift shop please go to the front desk for help! As for the parking its not free, its $12.00 a day.And the best part yet was when speaking with a lovely young lady at the front desk one night she blurted out she cant wait for Hilton to come in and do the place over because the place has been sold! It is nothing like what pictures depicted online. Will we ever go back? Not while its Radisson!

The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a car, there is a $12.00 per day charge for parking in the attached public underground lot.

Good, practical hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice size rooms.
Cons: Install less noisy heater/ac units (or fix them).
Location: Business trip, stayed at hotel for meetings, so can't comment on this.
Set in downtown Manchester, NH, it's a practical location for business trips. Staff is very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The room, nice size and very clean, was very noisy because of the heating/ac unit that makes a racket every time it starts.
