It was fine. It was busy but mostly that you were out of regular coffee for the rooms and instead of communicating it replacing the regular packages with decaf is not a great option. Also if you depart prior to breakfast starting there should be a quick go and grab something!

The hotel has 6 hockey teams staying there and the kids were running amok, knocking on ppls doors,pulling the room numbers down,rough playing in the pool. Hotel ran out of pool towel’s several times, eating area was dirty ,tables not wiped down, floors dirty, breakfast foods were very limited due to the hockey ppl. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the regular guests that weren’t with the hockey guests. When I discussed my issues with the shift manager she said it was her fault. Well it sure as hell wasn’t mine.needless to say sadly I will not be returning to this hotel. I have many other issues but to more to list here.

Front desk was a little rude not very people friendly. I didn’t like that I had to pay $5 for parking as a guest of the hotel.

As always this place was amazing! Staff is so awesome and friendly. Despite them running into some unpleasant guests they handled it very professionally with smiles on their faces. We come to the area 3-4 times a year and will never stay anywhere else!

The beds were comfy but the sleeper couch sucks. Its extremely uncomfortable...for the second year in a row. And the kitchenette could have a little more than a coffeemaker and microwave...i.e., silverware, paper bowls, etc.

Was a good stay...
... Hot water in the shower was a bit slow to come on board, but once it got there it was fine. Left an item by the pool. Contacted the woman at the front desk of the hotel and she retrieved it and held it till a family member stopped by to pick it up... much appreciated!!! Woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during our stay... again much appreciated! Breakfast was good, pool was good... was a nice stay for over the holidays

Exceptional service
We travel often and this hotel was exceptional. It’s not a 5 Star resort but the staff treats you as though it is. It’s very clean, the bed is comfortable as well as the pillows (Marriott is known for that) The breakfast offers healthy oatmeal with all the fixings, variety of eggs, bacon, sausage, bread selections, fruit…exceptional. And they even have coffee upon arrival. It’s also conveniently located. We will definitely stay again.

Clean comfy with great breakfast
Clean, comfortable with a great warm breakfast. Located not far from shopping. Just a quick stay while christmas shopping. Front staff person wasnt friendly at check in, but we all have our days. Have stayed before and will chose this hotel absolutely again Haven't used the pool at any of our stays.
