They rented me an unprepared mold infested room and harassed my guest saying my service dog was not allowed there after i signed the affidavit allowing him to be. Then they basically chased me out by stalking in front of my room.

This entire review is a lie. This guest came in saying her dog was a service dog when he is in fact not a service dog but an emotional support dog which we do not allow so the guest lied about her animal being a support dog. Then we found out it was not even her dog but her guests dog. Also no one chased her out or stalked in front of her room this is also a lie. The room she was in was also not mold infested, she was checked into a room where the maintenance guy was working before she came in and his cart was left in the room and was moved right away she was also offered to move rooms and did not want to. This gues has been placed on our do not rent list because of all this.

Thank you for staying with us, we appreciate the feedback. It does take 3-5 business days to get your deposit back which means you cant include weekends and holidays so yes sometimes it does take a week. and also not sure what you mean by bread east is a joke?

Unkept, dirty and gross… and staff didn’t seem to care. Unknown white and yellow stuff on the bedding, smelled of old cigarettes and pets, pillows where a bags of chunked up foam not an actual pillow, all sorts of unknown substances on the bench, bathroom was soiled with mildew and hair in the drain. Places was banged up all over and not just I’m an old building stuff but zero up keep and maintenance stuff. (Left immediately with a refusal to refund “our policy” and immediately locked my “security deposit” credit card because they seemed sketchy!)

Thank you for your feedback. We are actually under renovations at the moment, if you were unhappy with your room all you had to do was go down and tell the front desk, we would have been more than happy to move your room.

Barely there 7 hrs…
Room 203…when originally tried to check in…front desk had a sign be back in 15 minutes…go to room, light switch didn’t work then AC unit didn’t work…multiple items not plugged in through the room. There was a stain on the comforter…when checked out were people sleeping in their truck in the parking lot.

Expedia said there are five king bed rooms available and at check-in person at the desk said that there were none and that they were all under renovation. After I said double beds wouldn't work and waited a while he said he would look and then I said I would take whatever came up next. I gave my ID and my card and was handed the key and the room had a king bed in it which was a surprise but not a positive surprise because I had already resigned to the fact that I was in an uncomfortable place with the way the whole transaction had begun. While waiting for the itinerary to come through, I was part of a three person phone call apparently on FaceTime or something giving my personal information. I didn't sleep more than 2 and 1/2 hours all night and I spent the morning out of the room

As far as the check in we do have a couple new front desk people who are still learning which is probably why they had an issue and called a supervisor or manager which is exactly what they are supposed to do. Our stay at this location was average. The room had a large stain on carpet, and there was hair still in the bottom of the shower. I can over look that, but the broken shower door I can not overlook. The housekeeping didn’t seem that great in this facility. My wife went to give my 3 year old a shower. When she went to close the shower door it came off the track. My wife is short, but good thing she was able to hold the door up while I came in to put it back on the track. Whenever you try to close the shower door it came off the track every time so we were not able to close the shower door. Upon inspection of the wheel at the top the wheel was broke half way around the wheel. I did report this to the person at the front desk and she put it in the maintenance log so I will give them credit for that. The hotel is in a pretty good location. The signage is not great as I drove right by because it’s up on the hill behind other businesses. Other than that it is pretty close to the Mall and many places to eat and get gas. The staff was very friendly at this facility. The one person at the front went out of her way to find me an iron and ironing board so we could iron my wife’s graduation gown. The amenities are not great in this facility. The rooms do not have an iron or a hair dryer in the rooms. You have to as the front desk for those of you need them as they don’t have enough for all the rooms. I was lucky to get an iron so we were very thankful for the front desk person.

Thank you for your feedback. The front desk person was not rude, you refused to pay the deposit which everyone has to pay. The front desk girl was just doing her job and following the hotel policy.

Unfortunately I had to pay close to $200 to stay here for a graduation. This hotel hasnt not been updated or cared for. 1. Bed cover sheets had stains and a cigarette burn. 2. Mattress was old and uncomfortable 3. Chair was old and had stains 4. Noticeable cracks in the furniture 5. Slow service

This place is disgusting, rated 6/10 should be be 2/10. The whole 3rd floor wreaked of marijuana and the smell of it in my room was more intense. Changed rooms to the first floor, room smelled musty do I opened the window. Ant traps on the floor although I didn’t see any ants. Googled how to prevent bringing bed bugs home with you from a hotel.

Decent place to sat.
I checked in late and was quickly greeted by staff, they were friendly and processed my check in fine. The young lady gave me little instruction, little conversation at all. Didn’t tell me what she was charging on my card, didn’t tell me where the elevator was. A little frustrating but as a frequent traveler, ive seen worse! Clean, comfortable no frills accommodations.

I stayed with my mom and daughter and it was great. The breakfasts were good, and open a lot longer than usual. Most of the other guests are workers. I felt safe with my family. The staff were awesome and friendly.

This place is disgusting. The hallways and elevator have never seen a vacuum. The light switch didn’t work in the room so I had to walk into the dark room to turn a lamp on, huge stains on the carpet and it smelled awful. I should have left when I pulled into the parking light as it was dark and no lighting but went right back downstairs and dropped off my key. Saw drug addicts in my few minutes there and didn’t feel safe.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This was one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my life! The room I worked, had a broken window with black tape all over it, and a room key stuck in the middle of the panes of glass and you couldn’t open it, but it was still slightly open. There was bug traps all around the windowsills and bug traps in the bathroom, all dirty and corroded the carpet smelled like dog urine literally like straight up dog urine and I could barely sleep. I felt like I could almost taste it the bathroom was completely filthy. It was the grossest hotel in the world to top it off the fire alarm went off at seven in the morning and everybody had to evacuate the building for about two hours. It was a horrible experience and it was over priced, and I feel like this building should be condemned, maybe they might have a couple nice rooms, but the one I was and they should just not rent at all it was pathetic I felt robbed.

We are also waiting for that window to be fixed. When the alarms went off you were outside for about 20 minutes not 2 hours
