It was a great stay! We were bummed because we wanted to use our room service gift card the last night we were there (Sunday) but no one had mentioned that the restaurant is actually closed on Sundays. The breakfast is bare minimum not much for choice.

Restful, comfortable and spotless. The staff was courteous and efficient. Little touches, like eco-friendly toiletries and a continental breakfast provided by local businesses, made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to access what venues like the Capitol Center for the Arts. Totally recommend The Hotel Concord.

If you’re going to stay in Concord, NH, on vacation or otherwise…don’t bother with anything besides The Iconic Hotel Concord. I’ve stayed here several times, and the visit is worth a lifetime. The staff is extremely courteous, and this pass time around I had a major issue with losing my wallet. I thought my vacation was over and ended…I wandered looking in the parking garage, until I finally got to the front desk lobby. I was great by a friendly face named Caroline, who heard my story about dropping the wallet and in no less than ten minutes had retrieved it for me. She save my vacation, and several other aggravations from occurring. The staff is tremendously professional, and GM Michelle runs a very tight ship. This is a five star hotel, and they make it be known with their classy presentation. Try it once, you’ll keep going back. JRW
